"We stayed here for a work conference. Once we figured out how to park and find the hotel, we enjoyed our stay. The room was very nice and staff were friendly. It is a little loud at night with the clubs around but we were so tired that it didn't bother us for long."

"This is a nice hotel. It was clean, spacious, comfortable, and the bathroom was amazing. I have pictures. They offer room service, but the menu didn't have much of a variety of items. Still, everyone was able to find something to order. The reason we chose this place was because of how close it is to the footprint center. It was a 1 minute walk. I plan to stay here every time I see a show at footprint, and I don't want to drive afterward."

"Very nice hotel with a cool ski lodge restaurant inside. Great location. Convenient parking. Thoughtful Happy Hour with complimentary wine and flatbread. We had an issue with noise until the rooftop bar closed, but the front desk attendants were kind enough to credit our account, which made up for the loss of sleep. Other than that issue, the stay and customer service were great."

"This is a very nice place to stay. Everything is super clean and up to date. There are tons of restaurants and bars within walking distance. It's a short walk to the Convention Center. The staff here is super friendly and accommodating. We were offered coffee makers, microwaves, and even potted plants for our rooms. The food in the Blue Hound and at the Eden Pool was very good. The cocktails were also tasty. The whole place was nicely decorated for the holidays. I would 100% stay here again."

"This is a really nice hotel. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was very nice. They have coffee on the second floor in the morning, but no coffee machines in the rooms. They also do a free happy hour at 5 with food and wine. That is very nice! The rooms are comfortable, but worn. My desk chair was serviceable but clearly had been well used. And of course, some rooms, like mine, have a terrible view. I was working, so it didn't really matter to me. It is just good to ask if you care. It is an easy walk to the convention center."
