Tides on Southern is a *Wonderful* rental community because they truly care. Management is fantastic and the glue that hold the place together. They are making the community better. It takes time. DAISY is kind and smart and we believe in her. I’ve been happy 6 years here now and today was a typical speedy response when I requested something. My A/C went down so I called the rental office. They said “no worries Mr Fliss #2161 we’ll send someone right over”. Within 15 minutes *a consummate pro maintenance man* was at my door with a tall ladder. Within 25 minutes Ice Cold A/C again. I’ve rarely needed anything here but, when I do I appreciate Tides on Southern professionalism & swift action. Big thanks to *Herman* the guy with the awesome team. Good Man. Great people. Had to show you the front (near the office) Pool. Crystal clear water and awesome Chaise Lounge Chairs With Comfy Cushions. Get the Suntan lotion and head to a great rental community in a wonderful location. It’s sweet as one can see. With barbecue ready to go and a gorgeous spa. So nice after a long day !"

"This was the worst experience I have ever had with any apartment ever. The list of repairs needed to get my apartment to adequate is hard to comprehend and if I didn't live through it I wouldn't believe it. Some things such as HVAC unit was totally missing, my garbage disposal didn't work, dishwasher didn't work, my front door needed to be replaced due to it not sealing properly, and many more issues. It took months and me hounding the management of the complex to get everything to move in level. The kicker of the whole thing is I was pushed into this unit as the day before I moved in, I was told my unit I signed up for wasn't ready and this would be the unit I would have to take as it would be. Clearly it wasn't and I've been dealing with it since move in. While the staff here is nice and when the maintenance has the time to do the work, they get the job done I should have never had to deal with the situation. The fact it took weeks to months for all my repairs to be fixed was totally unacceptable. If you were to reverse the situation and only partly pay the rent I would have to deal with legal ramifications or even an eviction, but they deliver an incomplete apartment then it's just my problem to live with. I would advise NO ONE TO MOVE IN HERE. When my lease is up, I will pay more and deal with moving expense to no longer live in this place. I want nothing to do with Tides ever again. Their reputation was poor when I moved in, and they have lived up to it."

"HORRIBLE PLACE! Do not come here. Since December 2023 our water has been shut off over 10 times. Half the time they don’t even tell you. And when it does work it’s cold. No hot water. Everything breaks and no one ever comes when I put requests in. The pigeons have entirely infested my balcony with their feces, I cannot go out there and maintenance has verbally told me it would be too much work to fix…. Office never answers calls so we can’t state our concerns so I’m doing it here to make sure they know. Water was shut off today with no warning and I have to go to a local store to use the bathroom since we can’t flush with turned off water. Please just don’t move here"

"I used to love this place when it was the Meadows. Went to the office today to ask why I get charged an extra fee for electric when I have SRP. Was told by Kayla, I don't own this place RPM does call them. Corporate # is listed on our website. Then she said "you have been charged these fees from the beginning you just didn't look at your bill". So she printed out my ledger and no fees until they took over. Rip off! This is the management company who represents RPM. Bad attitude, doesn't want to do her job which is customer service for RPM the owners! Horrible!"

"Recent review: went in to office for an emergent issue. Worker told me her office manager ran to circle k and would be back in just a few minutes to handle it, which I hear another lady in a meeting in the next room. I sit in the car, a few minutes later he comes back with a QT cup. I go back in to get help and they ask me to come back later because they’re “in a meeting”. Such an important meeting you can leave and go get a soda, but can’t help a customer with an emergent legal issue. Staff DOES NOT care about the residents or the issues. And that was proven through my time living there, but proven 100 fold today. I do not recommend living in this facility. Between maintenance issues, customer service and their lack of priority competence, they shouldn’t even be in business. 1st review: This place has water shut offs every 3 weeks to a month. It’s ridiculous. I’ve also had personal belongings taken from my apartment and someone used a key. Not worth the money here folks, or the constant stress. The constant “unexpected” water outages and not feeling safe in your own home isn’t worth the price of a cheaper place."
