"Straight Trash!!! I booked a 3 night stay, and checked in around midnight on a rainy night. No working elevator, and lots of activity in front of the hotel. I figured I'd better unload my tools, so I'd still have them in the morning. They put me on the 3rd floor and gouged me on the rooms. Nowhere near worth the almost $200 a night. So up and down the stairs I go , multiple trips. Finally get cleaned up and lay in bed. First thing I noticed was the bed was wet. Roof was leaking like crazy, I was too tired to deal with it and rolled over to edge of the bed on the other side. The next morning, I let the manager know, and he offers to move me to another room. I had an appointment, let him know I could be back in an hour to move rooms. He insisted that housekeeping would move my things to the new room. When I returned, the woman at the front desk knew nothing about my room being moved, and showed that I had checked out. It took a while but we found the new room and my things. Of course not all of my things were moved , and they lost some things I had in the room. That evening when I was getting ready to turn in I noticed water all over the floor. It appeared to he coming from the refrigerator, I let the front desk know and didn't hear another word about it. After a sleepless night I decided to sleep in. The following morning at about 7:30 am housekeeping is banging on the door, I open and tell her to come back after noon. Less than an hour later she's knocking again, I tell her to cancel housekeeping for today. Not 15 minutes later a lady is banging on the door telling me it is time to check . This Is day 2 of a 3 night stay. I tell her my check out day is tomorrow, she informed me they are sold out and she has me due to check out. I tell her I'll be down at the front desk in a few minutes, she tells me she Is the front desk and they have me checking out. I give up grab my things and head downstairs. On the way out I ask for my receipt, and to speak to the GM. She let's me know GM is out and she can't give me a phone number. Tells me to send an email. Naturally no reply to the email. Straight Trash!!"
"DO NOT STAY HERE. No hot water the night I checked in, or in the morning. The whole place smelled like cigarettes and Marijuana. The TV would cut out. Floor tiles loose and separated. Very low bathroom counter. Very dirty chair. $178 per night, But I got out of there for the low low price of $143. WOW, a 20% discount. It should have been at least a 50% discount. OH Yeah, homeless in the parking lot. I am going to have my credit card company reverse the charges."
"I actually almost never give 1 star reviews; but, this hotel deserves it at $200/night. * The halls smell strongly of weed and/or something terrible. * There are holes in the comforter and the sofa in my room. * The light switch is misaligned. * The advertised free breakfast is only a barely visible, tiny box of granola bars. * The hotel is in a super sketchy area. It’s a dimly lit back lot. The only positive things I can say about my entire experience is that the shower had hot water and did not overflow when I use it (a common theme for old hotels). Which is a super low bar I usually only use for Motel 6 and lower hotels. But Motel 6 is absolutely cleaner and newer than this place."
"I’ve stayed here a few nights on different days and weeks throughout the month. None of my rooms had bed bugs and every morning I was asked if I’d like my room cleaned and offered fresh linen by the housekeeping on each floor I was on. The staff are all very involved and accommodating. Each staff does their job and are nice about it. The breakfast of granola and coffee is more than enough to be grateful for seeing as it is free and filling. The jacuzzi is steamy you can see the heat during the cold. It is not expensive they’ve had a room once for $56 and another night for $73 each time I’ve used a travel app and searched for the best deal and lowest price. This is an over all good stay the inside of the rooms are spacious and have appealing decor. Also the beds are very comfortable and the water runs ice cold and scorching hot. I see plenty of dynamics in this setting; lone travelers, couples, families and truckers. I feel all are welcomed here and treated with respect."
