"Terrible place to stay! Beds were horrible, one was unusable - it sagged so bad you could see the huge dent nt from the doorway. Beds are barely bigger than a twin size, lights didn't work - only the bathroom light and daylight helped us to see. Their response to a review from the people we traveled with was "we have 5-star review for cleanliness and quietness" - they obviously don't care!"
"Staff was nice. No maid service unless requested. Bfast was hit and miss....some days had more items to choose from. Bfast area was constantly kept tidy, clean and stocked. Pool and hot tub were nice. MANY, MANY restaurants to choose from within walking distance in the adjacent parking lot."
"I booked a room at this hotel over a month ago, expecting it to be like every other hotel I stay in once a month. For the most part, it is. The room was okay. There was candy on the floor, but other than that, it was mostly clean. However, checking in, they require a $400 security deposit on top of the room charge. Most hotels have a $25-$100 deposit. Which I've grown accustomed to. I called Wyndham, and they advised that the hotels are independently owned, but security deposits should be no more than $100. The woman working the front desk was extremely nice, and I honestly feel bad that she has to deal with this ridiculous charge because people are going to be angry about this. Especially if they can't afford that and drove into town expecting to have a hotel room. She was understanding and called another manager, Melissa, who was extremely rude and belittling to her. Melissa definitely didn't care about the customers at this hotel. I chose to pay the deposit, but I am worried about those who are booking here expecting a normal security deposit and being turned away for such a high deposit."
"The room was not clean at all, the room also had a broken tv in it. There weren’t other rooms available except one other one and it was in the same condition as the last with holes in the blinds. Other than the location this hotel is not worth it. It’s outdated and the owners don’t pay the staff enough to clean or have enough house keepers. The whole place smells Smokey and dusty. The double booked our room so in the middle of the night our door opens and a man walks in to find my daughter standing there. What’s up with that? What if we weren’t there when that happened. The pill left in the room wasn’t a great find for me or my children either. Definitely not worth 180.00 on a Sunday night."
"This was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. All the employees were super helpful. The room was clean and very spacious! Bed was comfortable too. Breakfast was good - waffle makers, sausages, hard boiled eggs, toast, cereal etc. It's within walking distance to chain restaurants/fast food and about 20 minutes from the Superstition Mountains. Highly recommend and will be staying here again!"
