"This place is cockroach infested hell we get sprayed weekly and doesn’t even help. Peoples vehicles are always getting broken into. People don’t pickup after their pets or keep them on the leash. People living and visiting the complex are rude, play music loudly and at all hours of the day. This place is disgusting there are so many places that are far better."
"The Bad: Technically a "low income" complex - reduced cost of Internet, utilities included in rent cost, yet a studio is $1200-$1500 a month. A lot of what others have said is factual - trash and litter is all over the place (they moved all the trash cans to one part of the complex - bad idea), most people who have animals do not use leashes despite it being the law to do so, the gates are constantly breaking and the codes aren't distributed to the community, dog bags are not stocked consistently, and for the past month (February 13th - March 11th) we've had no hot water (barely even warm if you're lucky). Pools of water lay about the complex and many dog owners don't pick up after their pets so you'll likely step in poop or transmit diseases to your own pets. There are numerous "community cats" that roam the complex which is another huge risk factor for transmission of disease. Some neighbors are exceptionally rude and blast music all day long. Cops are here every month and since living here there have been two shootings nearby. Management and other staff are constantly revolving - and yes there are roaches on occasion but that's because some of the people that live here are extremely nasty and unhygienic. The Good: This complex is dog friendly and comes in studio, 1BR, 2BR, or 3BR varieties. Reduced cost on Internet and utilities included. Laundry facilities on site as well as numerous pools and grills. Located near a lot of things (Tempe Marketplace, Mesa Riverview, Asian District, and numerous fast food restaurants). The remodeled units are an improvement (but quite costly). Maintenance requests for the unit have all been completed with no further issue. I've seen maintenance staff also picking up all the dog poop tenants have left scattered throughout the complex. Overall: Not the best place to live but not quite the worst either. There is definite room for improvement (hot water and kinder office management) but overall I don't hate it and many residents in the community are wonderful and kind."
"Theses apartments are filthy and full of roaches. Management is manipulative and rude. I applied for an apartment and was forced to put down a security deposit to have it held without even viewing the unit. They claimed it was being remodel. When I finally saw the unit I asked for my security deposit and they refused. They said the was going to keep it unless we moved in due to us being approved. I moved in and saw roaches that night. It was so bad they were in our beds. I asked to move and they refused to break the lease. The roaches infested all of our belongings. They did nothing to solve the issue. When I complained they stopped excepting my rental payments/ money orders and forced us out of the unit. A year late this is on my credit report. Please seek another property because the link will destroy your property and credit history. Rude staff and nasty environment I’m suprised it hasn’t been shutdown. The pictures below is what I moved into and they were going to keep my $1650 if I didn’t accept it. I wish I could give zero stars."
"After living here for 3 years I've seen numerous management changes. We now have new owners and a new property management team. Sarah and Kristina have been a great team helping to improve the property. I've had a few issues that they've seen to, so they've been corrected. They are also working on the owners picking up after their pets and keeping their dogs on leashes. You know the saying, you can't pick your neighbors. I feel both Sarah and Kristina are a hard working team, trying to make improvements around here so we all have a decent place to live."
"Not the greatest place to live tbh. Maintenance doesnt finish their work, considering that under my sink is a hole (that they made btw) that ive requested to be fixed and it hasnt been after multiple requests. The office is always closed. Trash and glass always everywhere in the parking lots. The place is not maintained at all. The gates are always broken as well."
