"I have been renting from MI Casa for over a year and it has been a great experience. Logan has always been very quick to respond to any issues that I may have. They send someone out very quickly for repairs and take my concerns seriously. I pay my rent on time and they do not bother me. My unit could use some upgrades but I know that's not their fault. I hope to continue to rent from them until I buy a house!"

"I worked mainly with Logan, and Logan and the company have been amazing. They helped me get into a house with my pup when I was in a "we gotta hurry up and do this" situation. He helped me work out what I needed to do to get the house and has been there to answer any questions and help with anything all along the way. Whenever there have been any changes or I have needed anything, Logan and the rest of the Mi Casa crew have been willing to listen and work with me to get it all figured out and solved. "I was in the process of searching for an apartment and I had no luck finding something around my budget being a single mom, thankfully I was introduced to Logan and he was able to help me find a decent apartment with great neighbors and on top of it something that meets my budget! If I ever had any issue regarding maintenance or anyting I only spoke with Logan and he always made sure that it was taken care of right away. The only con I can only say is that I got a -$50 deduction for general cleaning when receiving my deposit back after moving out and I made sure I did a deep clean as well as replacing a new air filter, toilet seat and stove tops for the next lucky tenants, but I figure with everything going on they have to do the cleaning also for safety precautious. If anyone searching for a new apartment I recommend mi casa property management they are the best resource to getting your new home and I never had any issues with any of them they are very nice down to earth people especially Logan he's always on top of things and makes the process of moving smoothly!:)"
