"Worst management experience ever, no play area for the kids. There is no pool equipment. The laundry room available is never working, and you can't get your money back once you have put it on card."

"This place was roach infested .. desperately i need of upgrades all appliances are out dated and to top it off I had my upstairs neighbor stealing packages from me. The kids are unruly and throw trash everywhere. The neighbors upstairs are so loud they move anyone in there!! Be ware you will regret living here im so glad I moved the worst place!!! Also there is no assigned parking people key your car hit your car and even stole someone’s tires out of the parking lot!!"

"I dont even live here but need to leave a review. I live in a neighboring complex that is great but my building faces Desert Palms and one of their residents is the worst. Blasts music at all hours, it's like living next door to a club! I've contacted this complex and all they say is they aren't going to handle it, I need to contact the cops. What kind of complex doesn't hold yheir residents accountable for their actions? I move across town in 25 days and will never recommend Desert Palms to anyone."

"My air conditioning broke Yesterday night around 8pm so I called as soon as the office opened at 9am to get it fixed. All the lady said she could do was send someone to look at it before 6pm today. I have animals and it is the middle of summer in ARIZONA and they didn’t even provide me with a portable cooler or anything to cool down my apartment and I am on the Second floor! These apartments are TRASH and I DO NOT recommend living here."
