Emparrado Apartments

"Lived there for almost 4 years (in 3 different units too) honestly the best place you can get in Mesa in my opinion. Never had a single pest problem which was huge for me, was always pretty quiet, and of course Laura is hands down one of the kindest people I’ve ever met. Going to miss living there just because of her honestly. It really was a lovely little place to live, yeah the laundry room was closed occasionally to fix the machines but was never that big of a deal for me. I have 2 cats that enjoyed visiting the koi fish pond, and I personally enjoyed the small gym as you’ll pretty much always have it to yourself. Like with any apartment complex I’m sure you’d run into some annoyances but wow was it an upgrade from places I’ve delt with in the past. We’ll miss you Emparrado, thank you again Laura for everything!!!"

"First of all, the washer and dryers never work. the clothes doesn’t get thoroughly washed and most of my Washcloths, and undergarments are terribly ruined, and some of my colored clothes even get bleach on them from previous washes from other people. Other residents always park in your assigned parking spot. Laura is nice but sometimes ehhh, a lot of the residents here are very nosy and doesn’t mind their business, there’s no privacy what so ever. Your walls in your home are very very thin, the pool is always dirty, Im not sure why there is no other honest reviews here, but if they delete THIS One…?? I’ll also post photos in ANOTHER REVIEW! Overall Maintenance has a good call time, they kinda work with you on rent but it’s a win lose type of situation. Honestly i’ll give this place a 1.5-2/5 .!"

"Emparrado Apartments is by far the best complex. The staff is amazing, and Laura (property manager) goes above and beyond. It's clean, quiet, pest-free, and just the perfect place for an individual or small family. My young daughter and I (and our dog) lived here for a couple years, and this place truly felt like home. It has a spacious dog park, the residents are friendly and courteous, and the elementary school is fantastic. Maintenance is quick to respond to any needs (we only had a few). I honestly cannot recommend this place enough. If you're looking for a place to call home, this is it."

"My husband and I have lived here for over 2 years now and are very happy with the management, amenities, price, and general upkeep of the complex. It’s generally pretty quiet, especially at night. The laundry room and pool are very clean and well kept. In the time we’ve been here, we have only had to call maintenance once or twice for minor issues that were promptly resolved. Compared to other apartments in the east valley, you won’t beat the price for what you get. Great place to live!"

"My fiance has lived here for about 6 months now, and I come over often. We have not had any issues thus far, except sometimes the neighboring complex is a little disruptive... but that's nothing Emparrado has control over. Prior to moving in, we had gotten so discouraged with apartment hunting because it seemed that no matter what apartment you live in, you would have to deal with bugs, horrible management, or sky high rent... or all three! I am happy to say that we haven't seen a single bug, the management ladies are very kind and helpful (and I have annoyed them with tons of questions!), and rent is quite affordable for the value. Our renovated unit is nice. Cute and cozy, and the appliances work great. And the complex is beautiful! Not what I expected in this area of Mesa. We have not filed a problem with maintenance yet, so I can't say much about that. Nonetheless, Emparrado is better than my fiance and I hoped for in an apartment! 10/10 recommend."
