"Overpriced for what you get! First year everything seemed good besides a few mishaps that had been cleared up. My car was almost stolen out of here and they can care less. Homeless druggies walking around the parking lot at night looking for stuff to steal or to dig through the dumpsters. Haven’t had a decent nights sleep in a few years everything is so noisy, walls are thin. The appliances suck and to be paying almost 2000 a month for a 2 bedroom it ought to have a washer and dryer in the unit. No storage whatsoever. Now if I’m just this “passive aggressive” toxic person Crystal the office manager made me out to be instead of showing a little empathy for someone who has been struggling to make ends meet for months, then so be it! But I think you should stick to the kitchen if that’s your kind of customer service, it’s atrocious just like your stuck up attitude “ I’m just doing my job” yeah well you would think you’d know right from wrong then! Broken glass and trash everywhere in the parking lot, hasn’t been cleaned in months this place is going downhill fast. Stay away from this HELL HOLE! It ain’t worth your time I can promise that."
"Pay almost 1400 a month for a ONE bedroom. No dishwasher, no washer and dryer in unit. The laundry room they have on sight the machine for the cards never work. So if you they don’t work you can’t do laundry. Everything is old. The “dog park” is invested with homeless people and drug addicts. The cops are always here. The water is cloudy and gross I regret signing a year lease here instantly. I wouldn’t even give this place a one star rating"

"The apartments and office staff are great. However I have to say the Maintenance Supervisor is very disappointing for lack of a better word. The ceiling fan light would not turn on at walk through so they said it would be fixed. This was in late July. Well nothing happened so I put in a work order and he said it was broken and needed to be replaced and that he would put in the order. Now December and 2 more work orders for the same light which he just kept saying was on back order the fixture was finally fixed. Not replaced mind you. I literally went in to the office and told the staff the issue and I mentioned that my fiance said that they probably connected the wiring wrong when installing it originally and that he could fix it but my fiance doesn't work here and I felt that maintenance should take care of it also I assumed that since the maintenance supervisor was the one that came all three times and said it couldn't be fixed and a replacement was on backorder that he would have known to check the connections. Well apparently not. Because today upon giving the little bit of information my fiance had given me about the connection the maintenance supervisor came and in 4 minutes fixed the connections on the unfixable broken light and amazingly it works. This same supervisor has fixed the dishwasher which had stagnant water in it though I never run the dishwasher and again it has stagnant water in it. My fiance also told me that the supervisor had done a shabby job and that it would fill with water again eventually. And here we are more water in a dishwasher I never use. Not to mention the three kitchen drawers that were already falling off when I did my walk through. Same supervisor fixed the one drawer that was the worst and again it is hanging off ready to fall at any moment. Moral of the story. Great office staff and apartments are comfortable considering the maintenance supervisor who in my opinion takes no pride in his work or work ethic. I like my apartment I just wish they would hire someone with basic simple knowledge of maintenance. Because it shouldn't take my fiance to come over and look at my problems and tell me what needs to be done so that I can inform the office staff of what my fiance said the problem is and also said how to fix it for this supervisor to get the job done right. I just hope the apartment management doesn't try to tax me with a bill to fix all these little things when my lease is up because they are literally things that were already broken and then not fixed correctly by maintenance and so now again they remain broken. Wish my fiance worked as the maintenance supervisor here. At least he knows more than the current gentleman and in my opinion has a better work ethic."
