"My daughter just moved here 3 months ago and the roach infestation is not a priority. The Roaches are everywhere , it’s so dirty there and the trash is all over the place . It’s supposed to be a non smoking community , it’s not . Don’t move there you will not be happy….. The property manager just called to harass (6/14/2023 )me over this review. Yelled at me and wouldn’t let me get a word in I didn’t raise my voice once. Neil Sherman is very unprofessional . My name was sent out in an email to all the residents because of this review , so I called the office to know why .There are cigarette buds everywhere and there is furniture outside a unit for weeks now. The community lacks attention ."

"New management Neil, CCIM Managing Director Sperry Commercial Global Affiliates – Insignia CRE ) has been notified by writing multiple times. Neil has also showed up with multiple person to inspect property and one of the person with him took it upon himself to go through my apartment with out being escorted. They also had a maintenance lady show up to take a look. Nothing has been done to remedy any issues. I am paying for rent that I can only use parts of my apartment since day 1. I have blood all over a bathroom that was there when moved in health hazard and no telling what diseases that are in that blood. Both bathrooms haven’t work properly since day 1. They sure expect to get their rent monies but they can’t fix any issues. What a place! This place is horrible don’t rent here. Renee or Neil from Sperry property management won’t return emails or schedule any repairs. Just know if you rent here you’ve been warned."

"I have a friend who lives here and seeing the management and after visiting from when they moved in to now it's absolutely HORRIBLE on how low the maintenance is. They are doubling rent and for what?? A dirty pool, their once beautiful trees chopped down to stumps, nasty streets, and a park without grass. It's so sad because it was beautiful at one time and my friends are just left baffled to the situation they have been put in. I don't recommend living here unless you want a rent increase for things that aren't being handled and nothing but talk."
