"I lived in this place for almost 4 1/2 years. Felt Secured since management is always watching out for their customers. Not Everyone may have the same opinion. Manager Margarita, very professional, shows and demonstrates as a sample the leader she is. Would recommend this place."

"After two days of walking through these apartments, I won't give it two stars. Giving it one star is just to be nice... As you can see from the pictures, it's trashy. Look at it from the front and it appears to be somewhat nice. The pool looks good only because they don't enforce the safety rules. So they only have it open occasionally. When you walk into one of these apt.s, you see that they painted it with a large sprayer. And they didn't take the time to tape anything. So some electric outlets are unusable as well as the light switches that won't move... unusable garbage disposals, 2 to 3 times to get a toilet to flush, hence the raising of the rent because of the water usage going up... Bugs... Don't get me started. Naturally there are cockroaches. But today we found a bedbug. Besides the fact that they allow pets but don't treat the lawns for fleas and such... I won't even mention the laundry room... So if you want to pay $800. or more, I'd suggest anyplace other than this one... Shame on them... Thumbs down and zero stars for this one... Well it is official... All other reviews are correct. We now have bed bugs. Someone is going to pay for my new mattress. And if it's true about these maintance's worker's stealing from us if we are not home... Be WARNED!!! I have installed cams that will also pick up their sounds... And management be ready for a law suit..."
