"I live here and this new landlord is NEVER EVER HERE. I BEEN TRYING TO GET MY SINKS FIXED FOR OVER A WEEK. EVERY DISH IN MY HOUSE IS DIRTY. THEY NEVER ANSWER PHONES AND NEVER IN THE OFFICE. WHO THE HELL DO WE TALK TO FOR HELP"
"The current manager is extremely rude, they are lazy and have lost my apt keys 3x already"
"Sara at legacy on main II off extebsion is the very best! We went to about 10 other properties and no one was as thorough or knowledgeable. Sara advised exactly what was needed to bring in to apply and the costs and the availability. Sara you are the best!! I hope your employer sees all you do. Balancing multiple walk-ins new and current guests. Knowing the section 8 process. Knowing the required income and room guidelines for families. Having everything clean and in order. Jumping on the phone to call me back when I didn’t leave a message. You are a Diamond! Thanks for being pleasant and happy doing a job well done."
"Not safe for kids. I was just there and I took a 7 yr old to the nearby McDonalds and when we were ordering our food he suddenly ducked down because the cashier was black. I asked him what's wrong and he said he is scared. I got him to stand up. I then went around the counter and put my arms around the black cashier . The cashier Erick was so kind and friendly and saw what was happening. I whispered to Erik I think he's scared of you because you're black. Erik was so nice he gave the kid a hug. And the kid hugged him back. We then left the store and the 7 yr old said black people jumped him and stole his bike. I am so thankful to the black cashier that taught him not all black people are bad."
