"I lived here for about a year and a half and I personally enjoyed it, couple times the internet went out and my A/C had issues but I can deal. There’s some tweakers here and there but they never seemed to bother me as it just kinda comes with the area. The internet was solid for games and was just a decent place to live for how long I was there. Definitely feel like once they get the gates finished and all the remodeling and bring back security it’ll be a even better place to live."
"Best place to come if you have a big number of pets because there's no pet regulation. Your dog can poop anywhere and you don't have to worry about picking the poop. They are very kind to clean for you. You don't have to worry about background checks because they don't do it for anyone. Your credit score doesn't matter either. It's a place full of freedom with loud music all night, people gaming all night and screaming. The laundry room is free for all including outsiders. They can also charge their phones as they enjoy the environment. Anybody can access the pools and even sleep overnight on the pool seats. The picnic area is also open for all who want to relax and enjoy. You can have your music as loud as you want all night because nobody cares. If you are coming from jail or eviction, just know that this is a kind place for you to rent. Most people look so high on stuff. Every management is the same. Don't worry about any changes. The one star is for the new maintenance guy who is very efficient and seems to do all the work whole heartedly."
"We stayed nearly two years here. In the beginning, when they turned the hotel into studios, it was wonderful because staff was attentive and everything worked properly. Unfortunately, it didn’t last they changed staff about three times down to one person in the office. We left because they didn’t fix our internet that was included in our contract, which lasted 6 months, and kept charging that onto our rent. The cost was about 1,200 almost the same as a one bedroom. Also, it became a famous spot for tweakers due to them firing security and our belongings inside our car were stolen because there was no more security guards watching over. The apartment complex had residents who where also doing fentanyl."
"The absolute worst place I have ever lived. The apartments are infested with cockroaches. Every appliance in my kitchen broke, and it took maintenance 2.5 weeks before they fixed it. The office manager was extremely unprofessional and clearly did not know what was going on. The laundry room was constantly flooding, did not have A/C, was disgusting, and smelled terrible. Most of the machines were broken and would take your coins. It was an extremely dangerous place to live. Homeless people would sleep on the benches and pool furniture. They would also bathe in the pool. There were mean dogs roaming around the complex. We heard gunshots from our apartment at least once a week and could hear people screaming all night long. The front wall is not insulated and would shake on windy days. The bathtub would not drain all of the way and we had severe plumbing problems that never got fixed by maintenance. They will charge you fees and there is no way around it. One time we heard gunshots in the complex and the manager sent us a text saying, "sorry for the disturbing noises last night". Not a good place. I would rather sleep in a tent than live here again."
"I lived there for a month and a half when I first moved to Arizona. It was my only option as my original apartment fell through last minute. This is my honest opinion. The pool always looks dirty and anyone can access it because it’s not locked. The gym equipment looked new but they hardly had any equipment. The apartment is in a bad part of Mesa. A lot of sketchy people and homeless walking around. Never felt safe at night. I rented a studio and it was really small. It was just me so I made due but I didn’t even have room for all my stuff. Most of my things stayed in boxes. The internet always goes out. The parking is horrible. I would have to park my car on the other side of the apartments. Management seem nice when you sign the lease, but then ignore you after that. I went to the office many times to ask about my bill but they could never give me an answer. This apartment is not worth the money they want for it. I’ve rented many apartments in my life. I always leave the apartment cleaner than I received it. I’ve never had problems getting my deposit back. I should have know they would be slumlords. When I received my move out check list they took 95% of my deposit because of fingerprints and water drops in the sink. I’m not one to make a big deal of things so I just let it go. The only good thing about the apartment is it’s across the street from the metro train. If you rent from them don’t expect you’re deposit back."
