Changes have arrived with hopes that this company stays in business with the senior community. Me included. Rents are now comparable to the new area buildings; close to light rail and buses, many good schools, churches, shopping, storage, and auto repair needs too! A city of lights shopping and farmers market year round!"

"This complex is a fraud! My senior aged mother wanted a new home and gave them a deposit. By the time the office (Kimberly) responded she said our time was up for her to get the deposit back. She didn't get the apartment or her deposit. The people who are running this place are a fraud."
