"I've only lived here a few months but already it’s by far the best apartments I’ve ever lived at. I NEVER write reviews. This is the first time I have ever felt compelled to write one. The office staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. They always treat us with kindness and a huge smile. And the maintenance people have always worked quickly and efficiently to make everything comfortable for us. We’ve had a few problems with our AC but Mark and the rest of the maintenance team came in a matter of hours and fixed everything up for us. I wish I knew all of their names to thank each and every one of them but my family and I are so grateful to them. I have extremely friendly neighbors and the appliances in the apartment are new and work well. I also love how safe it feels with every apartment having a Ring camera. Thank you to all of the staff and people that live here for making this place feel like home for us!"

"I lived here for a little over a year, and had an overall good experience. For the most part maintenance is very friendly and awesome to work with. Staff in the leasing office are also very nice and helpful with any issues you may have. Pests are not really an issue here, only have seen an abundance in unharmful spiders but have stayed out of the apartments. Apartment layout is a bit weird and was were a majority of complaints are. Oven and fridge were placed next to each other which led to minor appliance cosmetic damage due to having to physically move the fridge every time if I wanted to open oven, or move it back again after oven use to prevent it from grinding against the wall."

"Mark H. In maintenance is a life savor he understood my anxiety with a pigeon problem on my back patio and stopped a project to help me out!!!! Supreme customer service!!!! Most people would have taken my situation lightly but he could see the stress off me dealing with those unruly nasty birds. He fixed the problem and my sanity returned!!!!"

"I’ve lived here for close to a year! Everyone in the office is super sweet, and never had any issues with the complex. Had a couple small issues in the apartment and the maintenance team is amazing!!! Mark and Mike are both super nice and always do a great job the very few times I’ve had to call them! One of the best maintenance crews I’ve seen for an apartment complex and I’ve lived in a few different ones. Thank you guys for being so great!"

"Leasing Office: As I was searching for my new home, the first time I spoke with the leasing office, they were warm, welcoming and very accommodating. Carolina, Lillie, Taylor, I was excited to tour on of the places here; and when I did and met you in person, I was sold! The pool & spa is sparkling clean, along with the fitness center and grounds. You have made my move and home here a blessing for me. you have gone above and beyond to help and assist me as I settled into my new home. I appreciate you and everything you all do! A huge shout out to the awesome Maintenance Management team Mike and Mark. Since I have moved here and have had a few things that needed fixing or help with; these guys are quick in responding. They take the extra time to make sure things are right and the follow up is wonderful. I can't thank these guys enough! We are lucky to have you! Thank you!"
