"this is the worst apartment complex in mesa az they are infested with cockroaches. A couple of months living here there was already mold in the bathroom and they tried blaming it on us. The pool doesn’t have any water and they keep trying to say that they’re going to fix it but never do. The playground isn’t even a playground it only has rusty monkey bars and there’s splinters on the floor which the kids can get hurt. We’ve lived here for about 5 years. They raise up the rest every like 3 months and we pay to much to be living in these bad roach infested apartments. They never come when we tell them that we have a problem. THE WORST APARTMENT EVER. so glad to be moving out. will not recommend to anybody."

"I would leave a 0 if I could, there’s mold, rats , they never upgrade the apartments even though they raise the price every year ! And not just a little but outrages prices, the washing machines barely work, the owner thinks she’s untouchable but I hope he day they get shut down! She owns other apartments near by and they are the same nasty crusty type of place."

"BEWARE!!! WORST APARTMENTS EVER! Management doesn’t care about the issues these apartments have, all they care about is us paying them! Went almost a whole month without A/C dead in the middle of summer! There is mold growing in the bathroom and I let management know all she said was to spray it over with bleach! The wooden cabinets all over the apartment are rotting and makes the entire place smell like mold and mildew. When we first moved in the “fixed” the cabinets and they had nails sticking out everywhere. I’ve been telling them months to come and fix the backyard door because it has fallen on my daughter 2x and all they do is put two screws to hold it in place! I DONOT recommend this place whatsoever!"

"I'm sure the 5 star reviews are bots or the owners trying to my their review better. These apartments are terrible, absolute garbage. They don't come to fixe anything and I think that's because there's one worker. They over charge for an apartment that not worth much. They also have a big cat problem."

"This place is the worst apartment I have ever lived in I pay $925 I have no dishwasher almost everything in my apartment is broken the landlord is never in the office they have a huge problem with cockroaches in these apartments and my landlord refuses to spray so I had to hire someone to spray they don’t clean up garbage they literally have trash blowing all over the ground. Water doesn’t even come out of my bathroom sink and the landlord doesn’t care she said you have other sinks you can use. Don’t move here. 8/21/2018"
