"My experience at Del Coronado Apartments was an utter nightmare, and I urge anyone considering renting here to run in the opposite direction. The lack of consideration, communication, and compassion from both the leasing office and maintenance personnel was appalling. When our downstairs neighbor's unit caught fire, forcing us to evacuate and find temporary accommodation elsewhere, the leasing office displayed a complete disregard for our situation. Despite the fact that our apartment was uninhabitable due to the fire, they never offered to assist with hotel accommodations or provide any form of compensation for our displacement. Instead, they pushed us to terminate the lease prematurely, showing no understanding of the gravity of the situation. Even after we moved out on February 17th, as per the mutual agreement to terminate the lease, the leasing office failed to uphold their end of the agreement. They promised to refund our rent for February, which we had paid in full on January 31st, but when we turned in our keys, they claimed that corporate would issue the refund check within 1-3 weeks. This lack of urgency and empathy is inexcusable. They should have initiated the refund process immediately after the fire rendered our unit uninhabitable. It's evident that Del Coronado Apartments prioritizes profits over the well-being of its tenants. The unprofessionalism and nonchalant attitude displayed by the staff throughout this ordeal is unacceptable. Save yourself the headache and avoid renting from this heartless establishment at all costs."

"I lived here for three years (2020-2023) it was pretty decent and probably one of the cheapest apartments in the area. You definitely get what you pay for. Maintenance requests were completed anywhere from 48-72 hours. I had an issue with them that lasted over a month of not getting my washer fixed because it occurred over the summer months and claimed it wasn’t a priority to be fixed right away. I eventually got a new washer. They claim to have a gym that wasn’t open for the last months I was there. From what I can see now these prices have gone way up and not worth what they are. I was at $1350 my last year there (2023) for a two bedroom."

"This is a good place for the price. The rooms are spacious, parking is good, and the kitchen appliances are decent. The management team is great. Dawn helped us with any problems we had during the move in. We've had good experiences with the maintenance crew aswell. There are minor issues like the washer and dryer being small. But overall solid, 8/10."
