"I've lived here for over a year and somewhat regret purchasing a condo in this complex. The yard is CONSTANTLY filled with dog feces and litter. My neighbors for the most part are nice, aside from one that pesters us about something we don't even do. Parking is an absolute joke, especially if you have guests. If someone does park in one of your two spots, good luck getting anyone in the HOA management to care. The HOA management company itself is a joke and a half. You need help? Sorry, maybe try going directly into their office so they can't ignore half of your emails and calls. Overall, I'm staying because I can't afford to go elsewhere, but had there been more reviews and honesty in the purchasing process, I would not have decided to buy here."

"Parking and safety are my two issues with this complex. I’ve never dealt with cops more in my life then living here. There have been multiple times where I’ve personally seen my neighbors get arrested. I don’t always feel safe. I will say this complex does do a great job at keeping the landscape clean and I love the multiple pools."

"This is a great place. Units are really nice. The area is really convenient close to everything. The pool is great. All the neighbors are great. Management is great and takes care of your needs. The price is great! Over all very pleased. Would highly recommend to anyone!!"
