"I have been here for about a month now, the second day I moved in, an employee who supposedly works for the company. Walked into my apartment in the middle of the day because he supposedly “used to live in that unit”. After communicating with the leasing office I was able to confirm that it was an employee, however that was extremely concerning. They also claim to have a gated parking lot however the gate has never worked and is constantly open, (which defeats the purpose of moving to a gated community), also I haven’t seen the pool open one time since I have been here. They stated that when I moved in it was a 24hr pool, haven’t been able to enjoy it not one time. The property manager has been so helpful and understanding, however the leasing agents definitely need some training on their customer service."
"Very nice staff, I did a walk in and was showed a tour. Very clean and spacious. Through the entire complex is beautiful in person. I'm eagered to do the steps to have a chance to move there soon.."
"I would strongly recommend that you stay away from this place. I am new to AZ; I traveled from North Carolina, and I was unfamiliar with the area. I am a current resident 6 year Navy Veteran and a current graduate student. Beware, if you have to stay here, make it option number (10). Pros: 1. The good thing is there is a security system. 2. Sammie is AMAZING. I only know her professionally but she has helped me out in each occasion and made my experience better. Cons: Here is my experience so far: 1. The front desk receptionist (Brenda) lacks communication skills and isn’t a pleasant person to talk to. She’s very condescending and isn’t helpful at all. Now, Sammie is fantastic! She’s accommodating! 2. The gates are ALWAYS opened, which lead to my [ car being stolen ] within a week of staying there. This was the first time this had happened to me, and I didn’t know if the front office should know… Of course, Brenda was there, and when I mentioned that I wanted to bring it to her attention, she said, “Oh, don't tell me… I do not need to know…” I know there isn’t anything she could do because there aren’t cameras on the property. But I did think that maybe an email sent to residents about the gate remaining open and being cautious of suspicious activity could’ve been a great idea. There isn’t any security either. 3. The day we (My family and I) moved in, the patio door didn’t work, and the blinds were on the floor. 4. Today, I wanted to inquire about purchasing a parking space. The sign stated that the staff would return by 3 PM… which is okay. What was the irritating part was that - When I showed up, the doors were still locked. I figured, “Maybe they are just running behind.” … nope, there were employees in the building sitting around. I stood in front of the door for 11min, waiting patiently. Even if someone would have come to the door and asked me to come back later, something happened… that would’ve been better than sitting in the cold. As soon as I left, 2 minutes later someone removed the sign. I could go on and on, but these are first-world problems; know that you do not have to deal with this place. Overall, I would not recommend this place unless you HAVE to move here. Do you know there are similar places in Gilbert and Chandler? Which is a better place. Terrible."
"Lived here for 6 years (2017-2023): 3 years in a 1 bedroom, 3 years in a 2 bedroom. It is all around decent. I'd say more accurately 2.8/5 stars. Details below. Apartment: As pictured on their site. You can hear your neighbors & they can hear you. Rent: Pretty sure it's the best price in the area for what you get but expect up to $200 on top of the base rent. Complex: Gated & on a busy city street, relatively quiet within, nice grass courtyards, nice pool, big parking lot. Lots of dog owners - many that don't care to pick up after their dogs. Maintenance: Good & usually done in a timely manner. They seem to have a high turn over rate though, which effects when they get to your request. Pests/bugs: Not a major problem for me but some here & there, I've had to purchase spray myself for ants to not come back after pest control sprayed. Pest control comes around weekly/upon request. Management: My most recent experiences were well. They were nice. In the past though, I wanted to avoid dealing with others there. Move-out: Simple, straight-forward, & fair."
