"We moved in May 2023. We came from the other sister property level 550. We were looking for a three bedroom apartment for our small family. We found this place because we enjoy the standards that are set by aspen square management. The grounds are always cleaned and maintain. Pool area gets sprayed down and always looking sharp. The apartment itself is perfect. Comes with a washer and dryer, ring doorbell, and smart therm. We really enjoy the simple stuff that makes it welcoming. We had a few repairs made after move in. Maintenance was very quick to address the problems. We had a mishap with the tow company which has now been resolved by mgt. It was a headache to get resolved but totally worth it. Sad thing is we never gotten apology for the mishap which is bizarre."

"Spacious units and nice pool and grill area but lots of criminal activity. My car was broken into, neighbors always got drunk and smoked weed outside and it was an overpowering odor for someone with kids. Dumpsters always nasty and over flowing. Poopy diapers in the street. Not a very clean place."

"I would leave 0 stars if I could. The original people in the management office basically sold it for me and my husband. Within the last year, our cars have both been broken into, my husbands phone was stolen, then RETURNED because of apples amazing security protocols. We had another tenant pull a gun on my previous upstairs neighbor right outside my bedroom window. Shots were fired outside my apartment in the parking lot. NOW three people are dead in another unit. When will it end? And when will management ACTUALLY do something about it? All they’ve done is rack up the rent and provide Ring doorbells that YOU still have to activate on your own. Stay out of here y'all. If you value your life."
