"If only I can rate below 1 star I'd do it... the company who manages it has a very poor rating in customer service and I'm talking in general. Pls do not live here. Cockroaches check... Dog poop everywhere check... police frequent visit check... no recycle bins check... we're still waiting for the refund and till now they keep on delaying it... its 2024 people geezzz pls refund our deposit."

"Me and my fiancé love our place! Angelica the new management here is the first property manager we’ve ever had to actually do her job. We had so many issues with our last place we didn’t think we would have luck with here but I’m happy we were able to get into this place so quickly with being in the middle of a move,there’s a few minor issues but nothing cleaning and being communicative with the office can help with. Only been here for about two weeks now. Edit after a year: Moved and realized that this place isn’t for me. The constant cops coming to the area became annoying and my neighbors weren’t the best since they would tend to argue multiple times and throughout the night so me and my ex would be stuck being waken up to yelling. The office was helpful when they could be and I appreciate Jeanice for trying to make my move out easy. At best 3.5 the office was nice and I love the layout of the kitchen and living room but best to say this place wasn’t for me anymore."

"I have left on August 31 2023 and till now my deposit has not been returned. I keep on sending emails and no response at all. Whenever I call there’s so many excuses and always failed promises that they will call me back but didn’t… in a year of me renting I have to deal with 6 different managers because no one stays there to work for obvious reason… poor management… the complex is really filthy and no recycle system for our garbage… the water on top floors has weak pressure hence your laundry won’t be cleaned properly… there’s cockroaches everywhere and when you call the maintenance they won’t come easy… the area has always dog poop coz there’s only 1 maintenance guy who supervise all the repairs and cleaning and for sure it excruciating for him to clean the entire complex.. the owner needs to treat their employees fair so the service will be good… the fact that they can’t keep an office staff for a year means a lot… BAD TO LIVE IN THIS PLACE"

"We had a very short time to move from our previous home and the manager made sure the approval and move was as quick as possible and has always been super friendly to my family and myself. I have even seen her helping to clean up garbage that has blown out of the dumpsters. So far the place has been great and just what we needed."

"I lived there for a year n it was like living in a litter box. My son got attacked by dogs when throwing out the trash,due to dog fence still let some dogs go through. My kindergarten got his foot broken by another kid from that complex at the bus stop and nothing was done. My unit wasn't even completed when I moved in we had to wait hours in the uhaul. I had cabinet missing the entire lease. They never put it on. So many issues with washer n dryer. The fridge. Floor sinking in, no patio. Was told false info. I basically paid for the unit while my kids went to my mom's place. Then when moving out which was the 1st of Feb. She told me since I didnt have it printed out and I email her serval times about moving out I ended up having to stay 2 more months which wasn't in the lease so April 1st comes along and give her the proper move out letter. I am waiting on company that does cleaning cause I wanted my deposit of 1200.00 back n i told her by 5pm cleaning would be done. The manager tried to charge me the whole month's rent. I would love to get owners info cause the manager is not professional at all. An NOBODY has info on the owner. I asked so many that live there and nothing an now she is kicking people out left and right an THE SO CALLED NEW bbq area which was the dog park is still same dirt. They took some dirt due to taking gate down but be careful kids down play in dirt.. She acts nice til you move and then she flips so fast. She makes you buy own air fliters own light bulbs that they dont put in an they are pricey. My electric was so high cause the door weather strip was so spaced due to level of apt not correct aka sinking floors. Bad cut outs on wall to place outlits so an for $1,120 is not worth it an the cost to move in."
