"Property mgmt.is horrendous. Unprofessional, and non- caring , call complainants called liars and the list goes on and on. Evictions threatened at a drop of a hat. 2020 - A new manager recently took over, same company, but does listen to the residents. Finally. The small 15+ residents live peacefully and respectfully. All residents are older, only dog's make any noise. A nice,quiet and small community to retire too. Oops - good manager Quit - back to Same O Same O 2021 Being an older woman under section 8, after living here for 5 years was told I had to leave within 30 days. Could not get an answer as to why from anybody. This was a time of covid, housing shortage and I am still at this time, having lost my home movers who took half of my belongings. Living somewhere where I would never want to be. It has affected me for over a year and I'm still getting over it Caused bankruptcy, emotional devastation, loss of family heirlooms, and simple needs we're all stolen. This has destroyed my life. Being 71 it's going to be hard for me to come back. Always have before but this was just too much."
