"I called in and asked if a studio apartment was available to tour and the person on the phone said yes and scheduled me an appointment to tour. When I arrived to the complex the leasing representative told me there was only a 1 bedroom available to tour. Very poor communication and unprofessional. Would have appreciated letting me know up front that studios were not available to tour."

"I have been living here for over 2 years and I can't emphasize enough how INCREDIBLE it has been living here - the residence, the leasing staff, the maintenance crew! They've all been SO friendly, helpful, timely and considerate. Saulo the painter, Jeff with maintenance, Juan and Magellan with leasing have all made my living experience phenomenal. If you take the time to get to know the amazing people who work here that allow this place to operate seamlessly, you will NOT regret it. Such incredible people that has made Norte Town Lake the MOST memorable apartment living compared to all previous apartments I've lived in!"

"Great place to live and the office staff is amazing! The maintenance technician Jeff was so nice and helpful. He finished the work quickly and cleaned up after he was done. He is friendly and very helpful. We recently had our floor painted and the painter Saulo was very friendly and professional. He did an amazing job and was very respectful of the residents while doing the work."

"Lived here two years starting back in Summer 2019, prior management was shady and it took them one year to provide me with a concession that was promised at the start of my lease, thankfully, it was in writing on my lease, so make sure to read your contract thoroughly and that all/rent matches up. They ended up charging me a bit higher rent than stated on the online application. THE GOOD: Location, proximity to ASU as a grad student, design/interiors/amenities, newer building, secured parking, lake is your backyard. Fairly quite if facing away from pool/roads/lake area, my unit faced the condos next door which I recommend. Pretty quite units, I usually never heard my neighbors. THE BAD: Jokingly small pool, like really? It’s so small I thought they couldn’t be serious, and smaller hot tub, gym is only decent, could have been bigger with more equipment. Guest parking sucks, my guests had to park across the street or in the next complex, dirty/smelly hallways at times, urine and pet poop by inconsiderate tenants. Tenants tend to leave trash chutes trashed. Pricing towards me moving was raised much higher but the location is ideal. Often times the garage door is crashed into, which defeats secured parking, and broken elevators though usually fixed fast. All in all, not bad, could be better but pretty on par, usual apartment problems, partly due to badly managed and maintained community, but mostly the people that live here can be very inconsiderate and entitled. I don’t understand how some adults don’t considered they’re sharing a living community with others. Also, lake area seems to be having security/safety issues that police are trying to improve, stay alert and be safe."

"I moved into this place about 4 months ago, and so far I can’t say enough good things about this place. Magellan has made my move-in process so seamless and she is so helpful and friendly if I run into any issues! I also am super impressed and thankful for the maintenance staff Jeff who literally was at my apartment the morning right after when I had put in a maintenance request the night before. There was a smell in my apartment which I couldn’t figure out where it was coming from, so he went above and beyond to clean out all my drains, replace my filters, and even went out if his way to install my bidet for me that I had struggled with before. Additionally, my place has the best balcony view! Love everyone here and the facility is overall well kept and I highly recommend it for anyone who wants to live in a modern place in a great central location."
