"I lived in this place for almost two years, but had to move away for family reasons. All I can say is that I loved how easy they made my life while living there, the landlord and family are such wonderful people, very easy to work with, their prices are unbeatable and they would ALWAYS be a text away if there was anything needed. I would highly recommend this place, and would absolutely live there again if needed in the future. Thank you for everything Mockingbird Palms Apartments."

"I lived here for a year and a half. It's in a busy area but has a smaller-town feel, and the owners are great. Their screening process is a cut above, which adds a level of security and safety for residents. Maintenance requests are handled speedily. Units are small but comfy. Laundry facilities are occasionally out of order, but nothing too bothersome. Wouldn't hesitate to re-rent here again!"

"In older area of town. Bus line to ASU, biking and walking distance to Tempe town lake. My daughter moved in 3 years ago with a 2 month old baby. Owners went out of there way to make sure she felt safe. Shelves were anchored in place and maintenance done in timely manner. Now an ASU graduate. Family owned and operated."

"Living in these apartments has been a really great value for our money. It's well-priced towards ASU students, and provides the all of the needs of someone in my situation, being on a student budget. The landlords have been easy to work with and communicate well, and we have gotten along with a lot of our neighbors in the other units as well. Overall has been a great place to live."

"Recently ended my 3 year stay at this place and I can honestly say it was the most enjoyable place to have lived so far. It was very close to ASU and considered how close to campus relatively quiet. The landlords here are very accommodating and understanding to the needs of their residents. I had a small wasp problem and they were quick to take care of the issue the same day. The apartments are small but cozy, pool was nice to kick back and have small bbq with friends. Great place for incoming ASU students who want to be close to campus and still live in a reasonably priced apartment."
