"We lived here approx. six months and loved it. The complex is clean, well taken care of, and has a safe/community atmosphere. I highly recommend living here. It was a breath of fresh air from the office staff to the maintenance crew. #topnotch We had a family crisis that required us to break our lease. Otherwise, we would have stayed for years to come."

"This is an honest review for anyone considering moving here. I moved to the state without ever visiting or knowing anyone here so when looking for an apartment i was taking a chance. Being so close to the ASU and near downtown chandler I figured that this place would be either mostly older college students or younger professionals with careers. There are things you should know they either can’t or don’t tell you or things you won’t notice by just doing the tour. First the Pros. The location is awesome and located near tons of shopping and food options. The apartments themselves are well kept and friends that visit often remark that the pool area reminds them of a resort. The clubhouse often host outdoor events and even a wine tasting once. Maintenance is quick to respond to any issue, much faster than other places I’ve lived.The apartments themselves are modern and while some aspects seem a little cheap, overall they are nice. Now the cons. For one, if you are a young professional who works or goes to school and likes to come home to a nice atmosphere this is not the place. No matter where you are, you will hear the screams and yells of a hundred kids and will often find the grass and common areas littered with toys and scooters left behind like it’s their own backyard. nothing against people who have kids, but had I known I was moving into a play ground I would have kept looking. They charge a fee to come pick up your trash from your front door which is nice except they won’t take anything except a trash bag so if you have card board or house hold items your throwing away you’ll be taking it yourself and still pay. I was told there was security that patrolled at night but the gate houses are empty and I’ve never seen them. There are grills scattered around the area if you like to bbq but they are often crowded around by families who don’t grill but use them as hangout spots. Make sure you keep your car locked as I found kids playing in my car once. Something always seems to be broken, the hot tub, the pool, the front gate stuck open, etc. while it does get fixed in a timely manner, it just seems like it’s always somethingThere are other cons but they are based on my own opinion and don’t belong in a review. Overall, if you have a family and want a really nice place to stay this is a good spot and you will be happy here. If you want some place quiet or aren’t a kid person then I would keep looking. Even if you aren’t it’s not a bad option, it just gets annoying after a while."

The neighbors are friendly and the employees in the front office are spectacular. I have lived here for 3 years and have never had any issues. It doesn't get any better than living here at San Palmas!!"

"The management is nice and welcoming. We moved in about a month ago and due to staff shortage our apartment wasn’t quite ready yet for move in but Zach has been really amazing to us in accommodating our needs and the head supervisor of maintenance, Giovanni is awesome. They get to us as soon as they can and do a great job of cleaning up the neighborhood. San Palmas is a wonderful location and the apartments are beautiful!"
