"Booked this hotel using Expedia in the hopes my daughter would have a clean and safe place to stay after driving for 16 hours to Phoenix. She was there for about 1.5 hours grabbing luggage etc. and got up the nerve to ask for help. She sent pictures of the filthy sheets and bedding, it looked like mold and who knows what else on them. They were clearly filthy. She walked down to ask for help and was handed clean linens. She went back down to the room to strip the bed to find the pillow topper covered in stains and pillows in the same condition. Upon further inspection, the headboard was filthy with what looked like some kind of bodily fluids. At that point, I called the front desk, Danielle, to report the condition of the room. After she offered no solutions, I asked for a full refund as this room was unacceptable for my daughter to stay in. Danielle gave me a standard answer of “call the third party and that the first night would not be refunded.” I asked for a manager and Danielle repeated this phrase. Hung up on me twice. Called the third party and they assured me they would try to get the money returned but ultimately it was up to the hotel. STAY AWAY from this hotel. Danielle was very rude and not helpful. Needless to say, I had my daughter travel to another hotel and was duped out of one night stay."

"I’d leave fewer stars if I could. TERRIBLE!! 1) the smell!!! In the halls, in the rooms. The cleaning products are so strong that we had to have our window open for hours. 2) the pool is not heated 3) the building is falling apart 4) we booked this hotel because of the advertised free breakfast. Well, the free breakfast is a bag with yogurt and a muffin. That’s it! When I told them that the entire reason I booked there was because of the free advertised breakfast, their response was, “well, technically it is a free breakfast. They are scamming people, so don’t fall for it. I should have known when I saw ZERO cars in the parking lot. Never again."

"Place is disgusting. I paid expecting a clean and simple room. Smelled terrible walking to the room. People smoking pot in the rooms. Yelling in the rooms next to me. Took one look inside and smelled disgusting. Had my wife come take a look. Same experience. No way we are staying here with our kids. Told Manager Danielle we wanted to cancel. She said they have a no refund policy. Even though the place was gross and walked in the room for 5 seconds she would not process a refund. Stay away at all cost. Nothing is stopping Danielle from processing a refund. They duped me out of $225. Crinimals."

"Stayed a few weeks back. For 2 days. I think the location is perfect. However I payed my sercuity deposit in cash. The morning g of check out the lady at the front desk asked to step into my room and smell. Then left. At check out she said she smelled smoke so I was not getting g my deposit. I do smoke they saw me outside smoking. But I do not smoke Inside my house or anywhere inside. I know she did not smell smoke.. I called corporate but they said it was a franchise. Anyways read the reviews you'll see.. These operators are pirates ripping off people. I do not recommend staying there."

"If you just need a basic place in Chandler near I-10 to sleep and shower, it's not bad. The staff are very friendly and accommodating (thanks for remembering I preferred the blueberry muffin!), but the facility itself needs an overhaul. It's clearly been "renovated" in the last few years, but it's also clear that it was only done at a surface level as quickly and cheaply as possible. The flooring would have been great if it was installed professionally, but instead you could hear where the glue underneath was failing and it was taped down in spots. The paint color is nice, but patchy. The light fixtures were old and the bathroom light was mostly rusted, but it still worked. Overall, though, the room was clean and relatively comfortable and since I was only there to sleep and shower it served its purpose. My main issues were the noise level and the lack of security. The entrance by the pool didn't lock and isn't visible from the front desk, so I did have concerns that anyone could let themselves in and have access to all the rooms. As a woman travelling solo, safety is a primary concern and is why I always request a room not on the first floor when I travel. Luckily, the deadbolt in my room was fully functional, although the security bar looked as though it wasn't quite aligned properly. Also, though I like the look of laminate flooring, carpeting in the hallways would have reduced the volume of the noise by preventing it from echoing. I installed a white noise app on my phone that helped me sleep better, but I was still woken up several times each night by the sounds of doors slamming and people shouting in the hallway. The first night I was tempted to contact the front desk, but I realized the employee working probably couldn't do much about the noise since I didn't know which rooms/guests the shouting was coming from and it was impossible to close the doors without making noise. I wouldn't go out of my way to stay here again, but I wouldn't avoid it either. It's a budget motel and you get a budget experience. Honestly, the employees make the difference between "I'll never stay here again," and "I'm willing to give them another chance." You have a great team working there!"
