"Being that the location is Chandler, I thought this property would be better than what I walked into. Hallways are smelly, bathroom is stained. The carpet doesn't even looked thoroughly vacuumed. I'm beyond disappointed with this being a Wyndham property. Staying at other Wyndham properties during My business trips to Denver I have never experienced this so I didn't even fathom I would have a bad experience anywhere else. This hotel needs to be taken off this site all together"

"Certainly: Staying at this establishment is highly recommended! The rooms are both clean and aesthetically pleasing, featuring convenient staircases on either side of the building for easy access. The staff are exceptional, providing friendly service and ensuring a tranquil atmosphere throughout the night. While the WiFi might not be the fastest, it's sufficient for streaming movies and connecting devices like my Xbox. The breakfast options are diverse and delicious, ranging from cereal to waffles and yogurt. Plus, recent renovations on the 3rd floor and in the breakfast room have enhanced the overall experience. In summary, this place offers a wonderful blend of cleanliness, comfort, and convenience, making it a top choice for accommodation."

"Our check out experience was the best part of our stay. 1. For anyone looking at this hotel because it has pool/hot tub amenities…do not stay here. The pool is freezing and the hot tub is even colder. The hotel itself doesn’t let you know ahead of time that the hot tub doesn’t work, so here is your warning. 2. Housekeeping is a joke. If you plan on staying longer than one night, don’t stay here. We had to ask for clean towels for 3 days and I finally had to just go down into the housekeeping laundry and take them myself. 3. The Breakfast is pretty good! That’s a plus when you have kids. 4. The location is also pretty good! It’s right off the freeway so getting anywhere you need to go is nice."

"I checked into this place Sunday 02/25 for a two night stay but ended up leaving the same night. There were so many things wrong with it. The smell in the lobby right off the bat was very unpleasant like mold being covered up with an automatic air freshener. The hallways were equally as bad and my room window was open upon arrival, possibly air the place out. I took pictures and videos of everything including the water pooling in my shower with the drain open and remained standing for hours. The toilet did not flush properly, water just filled the bowl almost as if it were going to overflow. My bed wasn't fresh, the top cover and the pillows more specifically. I went to the front desk and was advised by the young lady there that they were booked up so they couldn't change rooms for me. She also said that maintenance would have to come the following day. I did my best to endure for awhile but finally I decided I should go. The young lady at the front desk asked for both of my room keys so she could check me out but did not give me a receipt. When I asked for one she only printed out what I had already signed. She told me to call the manager Leanna the next day. I attempted to call Leanna but was advised that she was out sick. The lady I spoke with advised that I was still checked in apparently, and that she would have Leanna call me. I have yet to hear from Leanna or anyone else and my card still shows the transaction as pending which I feel I am going to be charged for both nights at this point even though I didn't stay a single night. Very disappointed."

"Where to start...I will start with all the good. 1.The hotel is in a great location, right off the main road. 2. MOST of the workers were nice. Now for the bad. 1. The rooms aren't very clean. 2. They rooms are in dire need of remodel/repair. 3. There might be breakfast, there might not be. 4. Weird smells occur in the elevator and lobby. (Not weed, just weird) 5. Pool and hot tub have algae in them. 6. Parking lot and area not cleaned at all. 7. Dumpster overflowing, piles of garbage next to dumpster. 8. The fridge kinda works. 9. 1" gap under door, noise at 330am almost every night. 10. Elevator didn't look like it had ever been cleaned. 11. Doors to outside left propped open every night. Other than that, not too bad. Took photos, but cant seem to find the place to add them."
