"Rooms are clean and good. Pool lights are broken so it's very dark out there at night. Hot tub is broken too. Seems like owners are cheap and don't want to do repairs to improve the guests experience. Had we known these things, we would have stayed in a different hotel."

"Made a reservation a month in advance only to find out they gave away my room to someone else who made a reservation the day before. After several hours the lady made it up to me by giving us an additional room across the hall. The rooms were very dirty. The cleaning staff doesn’t do a great job. And the layout of the hotel is odd. Breakfast doesn’t start until 7a."

"We booked this hotel for a quick night and were pleasantly surprised with what a fantastic experience we had. The grounds are nice, the staff is friendly, and the breakfast was above and beyond the average complimentary hotel breakfast. Great customer service. The room was nice and the bed was really comfortable. Some features of the space are dated or in the process of being updated, but everything is functional and clean--absolutely clean, which for me is the thing I want most from my hotel experience."

"Okay location. Lot of renters and pot smokers living there. Breakfast was horrible. Thank God the yogurt is prepackaged. Elise was amazing and really helpful. Joseph was a very and has customer service issues. Room was nice. Carpet needs updating. Fitness center was nice, but needed wiping down. No sanitary wipe available. A coffee was good, but never hot."

"I stayed there for two weeks, but for the last week of my trip, I moved elsewhere outside the Hilton group as this stay was too bad. The only thing I regret is that I didn't do it earlier. The first room was way too noisy even when the A/C was off and Wi-fi was not working. When asked the receptionist for help, he said that I had to call for phone support myself. Being a foreigner I couldn't do it. I didn't have the US cell number. Therefore they moved me to the other room, but it was much older and didn't have all cutlery and furniture. Both rooms had carpet on the floor that I see as not hygienic and was not vacuumed very often (maybe once a week when I asked for it). The gym had old equipment and being at the pool was painful as all the inner room A/C exhausts are pointed directly inward toward the pool area, so calling or just being there in the pool area was extremely uncomfortable. Breakfast: Not many options at all, wasteful, and normal cutlery not available. I don't understand why plastic which is banned in most countries, could be so widely used for normal breakfast. To avoid waste and consuming extra microplastics I had to ask for metal cutlery every day and only teaspoons and one fork were available. Some days even that fork was not available so eat my breakfast only with two teaspoons! The ketchup and honey were available in tiny plastic bags that contained more plastic than actual content (honey or ketchup). Honey was available only for the first week and the newer ever refilled even I asked. Also, I had an EV car rented and there is no place nearby to charge it. Therefore I am sure I never ever come back to this hotel whenever I will come back."
