Reposting for the benefits of others.* Though property does have some positive features, but this is definitely not a luxury apartment complex. Old property with almost no maintenance, common areas are dirty, not being cleaned for weeks, removed green lawns (don’t go by front view, have a walk within complex to get a real picture), pool not maintained (many times observed floating dead insects, other small stuff for weeks), Though the on-site management changed but no difference in services, in fact services and quality even more downgraded (many maintenance services took a week to address it), seems office staff not much bothered even if highlighted them multiple times. Pros: - At good location Cons: - Old appliances, improve cleanliness - Rent is Overpriced (for the level of services and quality you get here) - Office staff need some professionalism and politeness - have some greenery (dying trees, laws are being removed)"
