San Cervantes

"I enjoy how close it is and the convenience of the location. Grocery shopping, food, retail stores, and outlets are all very close by. However, there are some things to note. We had amazing amenities like the sauna, ping pong tables, etc. Slowly, they were removed due to inconsiderate non-residents trashing the common areas. Broken glass, trash, beer bottles, food waste by the pool, music being blasted at all hours. It's extremely annoying and it's dangerous to have people just wander in since we pay to be a part of a "safe" gated community. The security is non-existent. I've seen someone throwing their kid over the pool gates, another drunk and tapping on the window of the gym for access, and even someone hovering at the pool gate demanding to be let in. Residents pay for these things, they don't. Property management even demands we remove everything off the patios, including furniture. To say I am continuously disappointed by this is and understatement. On the flip side, the office workers are polite and helpful and the maintenance team is wonderful. The apt we are in however is severely dated for the area we're in and the amount we're paying. I don't think it's at all acceptable. I hope Mark Taylor management seriously reconsiders how they're handling the safety of their residents and can improve over time. I've really enjoyed being here, but the quality is really going downhill."

Aylissa from the leasing office was very kind and accommodating. She went above and beyond to make sure we picked the apartment that was best suited for our needs. Looking forward to being at San Cervantes !"

"Had 2 different maintenance issues 2 days in a row. Was really happy that Ramon handled both!! Ramon always comes with a very positive attitude. He listens carefully to the issue at hand and then explains what the resolution will be. Ramon always makes you feel like an individual and not like another Tenant. Thank you Ramon"

He's friendly, quick, smart and my fav maintenance worker. For this job my door fab wasn't working. He knew exactly what to do was super quick, while he was training someone. Top notch!"
