"So I just moved in on 2/14/2024 the management in the leasing office are very rude as I’ve dealt with several of the lady’s in the office. I was given a covered parking spot and you literally have to pay for that covered parking spot. Unfortunately someone parked in my spot and I called to have the car removed by security because the leasing office was closed. I was told they couldn’t help me because the spot was to someone else’s name. Went to the leasing office that next morning was said it was fixed we’ll come that very day the same car parks in my SPOT!! I called again and of course it was on a Sunday and was told again by security that my spot had a different name on it. There is literally no uncovered spots in the complex so I was stuck packing outside of the gates!!! The apartment is alright other than having a low graded washer and dryer. Also my STRATIS is not working properly doesn’t work with the light system at all. The parking issue is the worst thing in this complex if you have 2 cars I recommend finding someplace with a bit more parking."

"We looked at a lot of great places as we were planning on moving, some were very comparable to what the Marquis has to offer, but Marquis excelled in created a fantastic customer experience for us! Jasmine White was our leasing guide and she was a huge part of what sold us! She was able to inform us on a lot of what Marquis has to offer and what different floor plans offer while also being friendly and fun which is what I think really sold us. On top of that, our account was flagged for a mistake from a previous landlord. We were scrambling to get it fixed on time, and Jasmine and her supervisor were so fantastic at helping figure out who to call and what documentation to provide. Truly such an amazing leasing experience and I can wait to live here!!"
