He is very knowledgeable about his job. I can tell he likes helping people. He will repair anything that needs to be fixed. You will feel so at ease with him."
"Courtney came in and did a great job. Had a water issue with dishwasher line causing water to backing up. Put a request in the evening and the next morning Courtney showed up to solve the issue. He assessed the problem and fixed immediately. Great job and thank you much!!!!!"

"Despite being a loyal Mark Taylor tenant for many years, today's customer service was unprecedentedly disappointing. Upon entering to tour this property, the lady (Lindsay, I believe) was remarkably rude and dismissive. Instead of offering a seat, I had to ask permission to sit down for a discussion. After explaining my preferences, she handed me the key for a self-guided tour, leaving me to navigate an unfamiliar property like an unsupervised adventure. The lack of professionalism was evident, with no explanation for her inability to conduct the tour. Upon returning the key without experiencing the amenities, she didn't inquire about my property preferences. Her overall demeanor was dismissive and unprofessional. If you value your dignity, I strongly advise staying away from this property."
