Arches at Hidden Creek Apartments

"The head grounds keeper Manuela Knauf at Fountain Springs apartments is far the best grounds keep they have had in a long time. Anytime I'm having issues and I talk to her, she's at my apartment with the other handyman getting my issues resolved. I see her in the early morning shoveling snow on snow days and I see her walking around picking up trash around and outside of the complex. She's always so kind waving and being courteous. You can tell she cares about the people and place in the community. As long as she's here, then Fountain Springs Apartments will continue to thrive."

"You'll pay two grand a month to live here and have your water completely shut off CONSTANTLY---with little to no warning. Particularly during dinner hours. Someone else mentioned black mold in their toilet and management not wanting to replace it. We must have gotten your unit. Because we've also requested a new commode due to HEAVY black mold and all they do is send someone out to scrape it off. NO GRACE PERIOD when paying rent. It's literally due on the first or its considered late. Minor roach problem, though the complex does have pest control come out to spray. If you live on the first floor, expect to be stomped on by your upstairs neighbors since there is no carpet in any of the units. So pray you get someone curteous who goes to sleep at a decent hour or doesn't have young kids running around above you. You definitely have people who speed through the complex and blast loud music as well. Although a safe area, police are seen here consistently. There was a huge drug bust across from my unit. Old cars & RVs are being stored on the property, giving the place a trashy look. We moved in three years ago and have noticed a sharp decline in quality of this complex. Best thing I can say about the place is that the location is very convenient."

"Just would like to recognize Ann Crawford, she is the Assistant Property Manager at Fountain Springs Apartments. I have lived here for 3 years and I can honestly say we have had a few managers come and go, but I truly hope Ann is here to stay. Ann is a great asset to the Security Properties team. She works well with the residents and stays focused and on task. Anytime I have witnessed her working in the office she is always smiling and curious. Ann is always respectful and warm hearted. It's refreshing to be greeted with a smile and a bubbly personality. Just wanted to say Thank You, Ann for what you do. I really appreciate you. Miss P"

"We moved in almost two months ago and it has been a great living experience! The front office staff is friendly and welcoming. Susan was amazing the moment we walked in the door. She provided us with information during our search for a new home. When we came back a month later, she remembered us and was able to find the perfect unit for us. Susan ( or anyone in the office) is always available to address any concerns or questions we have. During move-in, Jose and Mike ( maintenance staff) welcomed us to the community and let us know to reach out if we needed anything. The maintenance staff is also friendly and always greets us whenever we pass them. When we put in requests they are fixed quickly and with care. They are always working hard, and willing to answer any questions. The grounds are clean and the landscaping is nice. It is a very peaceful, quiet community. ( You do have the occasional people who rev their engines or play their music loud in the parking lot, but, it's short-lived and not an everyday thing). The gym is nice and is available 24hrs. The pools are clean, and we can't wait to use them in the summer."

"I must say that myself and Arches have a ride around the playground a couple times if not more. If I could let me say this, the office staff is nothing short of the word AMAZING. That includes everyone from the Property Manager to her key office staff, down to maintenance. Everyone has gone the extra mile for me and my son and it speaks volumes. That in itself I am very grateful. The property is safe, quiet, and family friendly. My apartment is amazing being one of the fully renovated units, and parking isn’t so bad either (wish there was assisted parking tho). Long story short, you will never live anywhere where something may come up, however when it comes up here the staff is on top of it at first sound. This is a good community if you’re looking, so I’ll say welcome home. DG-"
