"I had really high hope for this company but overall the “luxury” experience was far from it. During my initial interview I was contacted for a position that wasn’t available. I was offered to interview for a different location which could’ve worked out but since the hiring manager and corporate felt someone that was already on the property was a better fit they brought me in under a different title to not “loose my skills”. Then after being extremely uncomfortable with the tension between the leasing agents and assistant manager whom all spoke horribly about me each other I decided it would not be worth it. I initially asked to be at a location closer to my home but no one knew when it would be open. All to find out that the positions are now being opened and have corporate reach out to gaslight me into thinking I’d be able to apply if I disclose why I left the previous property. It’s all games and favoritism. I will never recommend this company personally or professionally."

"Living Here at San Palacio for the past 6+ years. We absolutely love it here. We have constantly experienced five star living at this Mark-Taylor community. Our office Staff is always ready to address our concerns with a friendly smile, thumbs up ladies! We always receive optimal service from our maintenance team. Ed Mejia our property manager is doing a great job totally helpful and up on keeping the ship right! It can make or break a community. Once again there is no place like San Palacio living."

"Don’t let the 4.4 deceives you. I had nothing but issues since I moved here. This is not a luxury complex and they don’t take proud of it. When I moved in the closet door were unhinge almost hit my dog. Second the tub was not draining. If you move to one of the remodel unit expect your cabinets to be cover with contact paper. Both tubs are glazed they will start peeling on the first clean up. The trash valet pick up whenever they want not from Sunday - Thursday. Dog park is not well keep is always muddy. I have submitted various request for them to fix the smoke detector. Now I need to lose one day of work and be at my apartment to make sure the job gets done because the maintenance team and the office are unable to do the job their were hired to do. Now let me tell you about the luxury service you will receive from the employee here, they clearly have never work in a luxury environment before and it show. If Mark Taylor is going to promote luxury in their complex make sure to train your staff on luxury customer service."
