Pinnacle Terrace Apartments

"The leasing office is a problem. I have been callling them multiple times a day and they never answer the phone. When they do answer the phone every once in awhile it takes them forever to get things done. I have been trying to renew my lease for a month and still don't have the paperwork. The buildings and interior are not the best quality especially for the price, I have several small problems such as the AC leaking, freezer leaking, windows not sliding properly, bad paint jobs, etc. However, maintenance is great, they come within a few days and are very friendly. Despite frustrations with the leasing office and subpar quality of the apartments, I enjoy living here. It feels safe, great location, great pool, and I haven't encountered a bug in the year I have been here."

"Lived at these apartments for almost 3 years .. it is being rated 2stars because of many things starting with landscaping. Landscapers come almost every week and if you work nights they will not let you sleep in the morning.... when i first got the apartment a lot of things inside were already broken didn't work .. maintenance was ok and do not expect to pay only base rent they will charge you fees on top of that every month.. when moved out didn't even receive the whole security deposit don't know why if nothing was different from when i was there until I moved out... Sorry but I do not recommend renting here in my honest opinion. There's better.."

"I lived here for 4 years and every single issue I had with maintenance took over a month to address and when they came they wouldn't fix the issue and I would have to put in an additional request for things to get fixed and that would take an additional month. I couldn't take a bath cause it flooded the floor in the bathroom and master closet, which I could tell after moving out looked like black mold was developing. I had billing issues with them as well and the office staff would not help and would ignore my requests or follow ups. They started screening my calls along with my neighbors who too had problems that needed addressed. While I was still living there I had my entire A/C unit replaced and that caused my gas bill to increase tremendously, because whoever installed the new unit had the heat and a/c running simultaneously which the office manager stated she would have rectified with my rent and placed a credit for the difference, that never happened so not only was I left with an outrageous gas bill I was responsible for, but also had to pay for late fees on top of that with my rent. I even followed up with Cynthia the office manager and she never responded back to my emails. And then when I moved out they prevented me from getting into numerous other apartments with whatever they told the office staff that I was working with causing my application to be denied. I ended up homeless and had to move back home with my parents."
