"When I moved in, the staff was very helpful and attentive. Although short staffed and you had to wait at least 15 minutes to see the one person who was there, he was was nice. 2 years later, the property management company changed and the communication and follow through is poor. After a year of living there, the front gate finally was functional but if you didn't have a key fob you had to punch in a code but the code was never communicated to residents who didn't have a key fob. The functional gate did not last long. It always keeps breaking. The residents never pick up after their dogs, the trash dumpster is always overflowing (I feel bad for the maintenance people who always have to clean up everyone's trash). And forget about getting your entire security deposit back. They took out more than half of the security deposit for charges that were not accurate and 6 months later, I'm still trying to rectify the issue. Staff say they're going to call me back but don't follow through 90% of the time. Like I said, communication is poor there. I left my apartment cleaner than when I moved in and they still charged me for housekeeping from my deposit. Take pictures of everything when moving in and take good notes because they will try to charge you fees for everything."

"DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! We have been here 3 months and from the second we moved in we new it was a mistake!! upon move in our apartment was not move in ready. AC was broken (summer in arizona) nothing was cleaned, the floors were so dirty it was disgusting, the sink handle came off when we turned it on. food splatters on walls. paint chipping on all the doors and walls, the bathtubs and sinks were all chipped of paint! Before and after pictures of when they "fixed" the sink. the guy came in and literally used spray paint on the sink. it bubbles and peeled the NEXT DAY!!!! washer/ dryer was leaking. we immediately went to management and they said there was no way to let us out of our lease because it's still livable. we have a 9 month old who we cant wven allow on the floors because we are terrified he will find something or hurt himself! 3 months in we had some cockroaches, dirty neighbors who leave dog pop and trash everywhere. neighbors drive really fast in parking lot and wont slow down while ur walking. This place is hell. Management is the worst, u will see random charges on ur monthly bill every month. they show u a nice unit during the tour and its nothing like what u end up with. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE LIVING HERE. counting down the days until we can leave this place! Finisterra or any complex across the street is much better option. please RUN!"

"Courtney is a horrible manager and person. Interesting to find that my pictures and review was removed so I will repost them I guess. These are the over flowing trash cans directly in front of the office in Courtney's direct sight. This entire complex is in this state of disarray. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE! this is the trash the day after the dumpsters were emptied. These cans are not even full, this is just the result of neglect."

"If you want to pay a premium to live in one of the grossest, most disgusting apartment complexes in Phoenix, move right in. This complex is filthy, the neighbors are loud, smoke blunts in the hallways, the pool area is brand new and already ruined - I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. Combine all of this with the extremely loud road the complex is up against and I don’t see why anyone would want to live here. This is the most disguised ghetto apartment complex, stay away. Oh it is also run by terrible management who don’t use your money for anything except to line their pockets - never maintenance or clean up"
