"The management is responsive, answering emails within 24 hours. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. My maintenance requests have always been addressed in a timely manner. I used the pool last summer and it was very nice. Covered parking is provided but there is plenty of space for guests to park. There are no bugs. I did request to have my apt sprayed once just as a preventative measure. Honestly, I really have no complaints and I love it here. I just renewed my lease. Update 3/16/2024 Move out was seamless and easy. The buyout fee for an early end to my lease was $750, which is relatively low in the rental market. Kimberly and Jessica have both been wonderful to work with."

"The management team (Kim, Jessica, Dan and the nice maintenance lady) just organized a Safety Social where they brought in several organizations (The Posse, Sheriff and Signal Security) to talk with the residents about the uptick in crime and violence that is happening all over right now. The information we received was very thorough as well as great reminders of some very basic safety protocols that we all tend to forget or take for granted. We had great food and drinks provided and had several items raffled off as well and several take home items like stickers, magnets and the Vial of Life. They also had a rep from Archwell Health primary care providers and a medicare/medicaid expert. The team is working very hard to keep the residents informed, prepared and safe and its very much appreciated."

"I have lived at Sunwood Apartments in Peoria, AZ for 5 years. We finally . . . FINALLY . . . have the "dream team" taking care of the residents here. Kimberley, the office manager, actually RESOLVES issues you have and IN A TIMELY MANNER! Jessica, the receptionist; rounds out the team with being kind, caring, polite and efficient. And Dan the MAN, our maintenance man; is AMAZING! All of these people LISTEN to what we say, address issues and find resolutions!! And the cherry on top of the sundae is . . . THEY ARE ALL POLITE!! They all have a sense of humor and actually TREAT US like human beings. Before they came, I was told by an office manager "if you don't like it, MOVE"! "Welcome HOME! I would like to give a BIG Shout out to our new Management 6/2023 since I’ve moved here about 4 years ago I’ve had two properties managers and both have been great. the new ones for sure I drove in the my place last week and found the gardeners trimming all the trees and Palms. They have been over grown for a while. Since I’ve been here landscaping has always been a plus here. I’ve never had an issue. Maintance team are amazing if they can your work order is priority otherwise it’s down with in days depending on the order. Thank you management Team for making this a home to come home to, also big shout the Rent is fair inlight other places going up each year 200 to $300 if not more, Thank you both so much!!"
