"Our room smelled like cigarette smoke and we had an accessible room but there was no bench seat for a shower. When I spoke to the receptionist she said there was no rooms and I would have to speak to the supervisor in the morning. the supervisor was very rude. I explained the situation, with the room smelling like cigarettes smoke and there was no bench seat.so I was unable to take a shower The first night. I asked for a discount on the room price and she scoffed at me and said no, "how is the discount going to get rid of the cigarette smoke." When I reached out to the corporate website. They said this was acceptable because the next morning they moved me to a different room"

"Extremely clean. Needs updating. I had kids screaming but that’s to be expected. Also a clogged tub I waited 3 hours then I took it apart and fixed the drain. Afterwords maintenance knocked. I said fixed it. Very clean that’s all I can say. Breakfast was not much. But they tried"

"This was not a $2-300/night rooms! Need updated badly, I e., phone charging stations. We were in room 511 and the smell was awful. We got a can of disinfectant spray but it only helped temporarily. The 5th floor just had an odor. Walls were paper thin. The mattresses need replacing, even before you use them, you can see a hollow in the center of both beds. When you sit on them, ya just go toward the middle. Don't recommend, pay extra and stay someplace else"

"We stayed 2 nights. Service and staff were excellent. Location is convenient. Rooms need some basic maintenance. I was in hotel/facilities maintenance for 30+ years and the items we reported were just basic preventative maintenance tasks. Probably 30-60 minutes maximum. Nothing terrible but just annoying. It would go a long way for management to dedicate some time to room upkeep to retain repeat clients and receive better reviews."

"Stayed here one night. We requested a handicap accessible room and it was on the first floor close to the lobby. The room was large, the accommodations were very adequate. The bathroom shower looked a little tired, but was clean. The bed was comfy, and there was a large comfy chair in the room (many hotels don’t have a chair, just the desk chair). Breakfast was okay. Powdered eggs, bacon, sausage, bagels, rolls. We don’t usually have a large breakfast, but it was nice to have something to eat before heading out. The room rates were reasonable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, although we didn’t need anything. WiFi was good and easy to access. We didn’t use the exercise facility or pool."
