Holiday Inn Express Peoria North - Glendale, an IHG Hotel

"Room 218- room was clean- however, there is a constant loud banging sound that does not cease. Was hard to sleep on a couple nights. Breakfast was the same ever day where some other locations I've stayed had a variety that rotated daily."

"I have stayed at many hotels throughout the years and have experienced both good and bad rooms, service, and the such. My husband and I stayed here four nights and were truly impressed. The front desk personnel were warm and inviting. We were able to check in a bit early and we had our choice of floors to stay on. The complimentary breakfast was one of the best that we've had in memory (other than a resort). I highly recommend the pancakes... I had never seen an automatic pancake machine before. Fun and tasty! The beds were comfortable (firm enough for me, a bit hard for the SO). The room service was not intrusive but thorough, with plenty of clean towels. We didn't take a dip in the pool but it looked very well kept. Maybe next time!"

"Employees are extremely rude. Fake, ingenious, and outright despicable. Fake smiles all around. (Look into how to tell a real smile) They tell you the room would be cleaned every 3rd day. I’ll bet you $20 yours won’t be. If someone comes, they won’t change the sheets or they will leave the trash. The pool is hardly a pool (very small pool itself, and small outdoor space). Manager is rude and disrespectful. Wouldn’t book here for free. Don’t do it. Saw them turn away a person with a service animal that asked to use the restroom. They said no. & proceeded to say that “the gas station down the road won’t let you use the restroom.” This chain is also known & associated with human trafficking. Look into it if you don’t believe me. So, if you needed any other reason, don’t feed the monster that is Holiday Inn for your fellow man and for your own good."

"We tried this hotel while in the area for a special function. Made the reservation online. When we arrived we were greeting right away. Once they finished waiting on the guest in front of us they checked us in right away. The front desk was amazing. even in the evening when you were leaving or returning they always said hello or asked you if you were having a good stay. They offer a hot breakfast in the mornings. The usual breakfast, sausage patties, links, scrambled eggs, cheese omelets, hashbrown potatoes, waffles, cereals, assorted breads, and fruit. The hotel was clean. The room were a little tight but very comfortable. We will return if in the area again. They are located near the P83 food and shopping complex to tons of options for dining and shopping."

"Stayed here for a night, and was a very pleasant stay. First, it’s close to the freeway with a target nearby which came in very handy. The hotel when you walk in is very clean as well as the rooms. I especially enjoyed the bed! Very comfy and each bed had four comfy pillows, I had a great sleep. The staff was friendly and helpful. I had the continental breakfast, which had the breakfast basics and the food and coffee were delicious. Overall a great, comfy stay for a very reasonable price!"
