"Not sure why anyone would give this place anything other than 5 stars! We have lived here for over a year now and absolutely love it! The maintenance guys are always on top of making sure things get fixed in a timely manner and are always so kind. The homes are beautiful inside and out the community is amazing and we always have something going on to get people together. The icing on the cake is our property manager Susan she is absolutely amazing! She goes above and beyond for her tenants and does so much for the community me and my family absolutely love her and are thankful to have her as the manager as we have had not so greats at other properties."

"Me and my family moved in to Pillar Lago a little over a year ago. The property was under a different name and management. Although we did not interact with the old staff very much (mostly because they were hardly ever around.) the property was in need of some proper management and cleanliness. Shortly after several months, the property was renamed/rebranded and purchased by a new property management company. Literally, over night, the new staff made massive improvements. Mike, who is the Maintenance Manager at the property has been incredibly thorough and has done wonders with the property from a cleanliness standpoint. He is very approachable and communicates very well with any work order thrown his way. I have several acquaintances who currently live at Pillar Lago and they always have great things to say about Mike. Jadyn, is the Property Manager and she has always been very communicative and willing to help whenever we needed her. She is a valuable asset to the property. I recommend Pillar Lago to anyone looking for a place!"

"When I moved into these apartments they were under different ownership and that staff was non existent! Since Pillar took over not only is the staff present they’re very nice and knowledgeable! Jadyn in the front office is efficient in her responsibilities and welcoming! She has gone out of her way make sure any questions I have had were answered in a timely manner. Mike the on-site maintenance manager is awesome and takes ownership of the premises like it’s his own. My experience with Jadyn and Mike have exceeded expectations and they really make an effort to maintain the community to high standards for what it costs to live here. Thank you Jadyn and Mike for all your work and effort as it hasn’t gone unnoticed and is very much appreciated."

"Pillar Lago took over the company that I began renting with last August. The experience I had in the last 3 weeks with the staff and policies of Pillar Lago were much better than the last 14 months I rented from the former company. The office manager, Jadyn is positive and knowledgeable. She made the transition so smooth, that I was amazed at her professionalism. She also made sure all my questions about pro-rated rent and community utilities were answers. I had tried for weeks to get a scheduled move-out walk-thru and it did not happen until she started managing the office. As I prepared to move, I asked the previous staff for touch up paint and information for the move out, but got nothing back. When Pillar Lago came in, the head of maintenance, Mike, had the paint delivered to my apt and gave me the information I needed about move out procedures. My experience with Pillar Lago is very positive and it is directly a result of Jadyn and Mike. I would most certainly rent from this complex again."
