"Extremely satisfied with living here at the Ocio. The management is exceptional, addressing concerns promptly, and the maintenance team is more efficient than places I've lived in the past. The amenities, including are well maintained and community events have added a wonderful sense of belonging. The location is conveniently close to West Gate (Big Cardinals Fan). The living experience here has been exceptional and I highly recommend it if you're looking somewhere on the West Valley. Connor"

"Moving to the Ocio Apartments was the best decision my man and I ever made. We met with Kassandra for a walk through of one of the units and fell in love. This complex is incredible. The units are beautiful and newly renovated. On top of the complex itself being so amazing, what really sold us was working with Kassandra and Madison. They are the kindest, friendliest people we've ever had the pleasure of working with. From the moment we viewed the apartment and applied, we were approved within a few days. They made the process seamless and we couldn't recommend them and this complex more. We loved it so much, we signed a 2 year lease. If you're on the fence, or looking at other complexes, no need to look any further!"

"First off the staff is great but the community is terrible. Imagine waking up and walking out to your balcony to a fresh smell of dog poop, walking out your door to dog poop, cat litter spilled all over the walk way by your door and walking into someone’s trash that spilled all over the walk way. The irresponsible behavior of certain dog owners is inexcusable, to leave their dog’s feces all over the community is ridiculous, and so unsanitary. The maintenance and even the manager does their best to pick up the dog feces but the tenants make it impossible to keep up with the amount due to the irresponsibility of the dog owner! There is poop bags all around the community so there is no excuse for this. There are dogs here that aren’t even suppose to be allowed per the apartment policy and being barked at or seeing aggressive behavior from these dogs is not acceptable. This is not the dogs fault this is the irresponsibility of the owners. People driving recklessly through the community and children running around unattended is a mixture for disaster. But that is just a small portion of what being in this community is going to be like. There just needs to be more accountability because this is unacceptable."

It was a rocky start but you all were very attentive and caring, answering all my questions, and solving any problems I had. The property is well cared for and mostly quiet which makes me feel good about where I’m living. I love that there are Community events and hope to attend one soon."
