"Best Place to live is a under statement!!! Today I just signed my 6th lease and let me tell you why .. first of all my townhome is so beautiful with all the new upgrades. It’s quiet, I feel safe and we have tons of fun in the summer with the office staff and fellow residents. You questions and concerns are always addressed promptly and with a friendly smile. The office staff is Amazing their honesty like family big shot out STEPHANIE AND MASINA gor bring the reason why I stay. Also Can’t forget Allen our maintenance guy your the best and get the job DONE!!! There is no place like our home here. Forever a Resident :)"

"Everyone’s opinions are different, but I would agree with some of these other reviews. The complex is nice, the remodeled townhomes are very nice, but it took them a week and a half to approve our application?! I have never dealt with a complex who took that long. I’ve emailed them questions, no response. I’m guessing the only way to speak with the management is to go in person, face to face."

"Lived here for 2 years, management switched to Haven about 6 months after moving in. Quiet, no major issues, and maintenance was great. Enjoyed my stay. I had one of the older units so moved out for something more up to date."

"I have had a leak in my house since October! Contacted management 4 times about this and an excuse is always made and no this is resolved, which is a liability on them. Made an appointment for someone to come look at the leak while I am home and no one showed up. Now that the complex was bought out the new guy in the office is not helpful at all. The lady who use to work the front was great always wanted to make sure everything was done right. So over living here can’t wait to move out to say the least !! When they gave us our new lease to sign it didn’t have my name on it it had another tenants information! Talk about another liability. Let’s also add that this is the second time this summer the pool has been green. This place is extremely pricey to have a green pool you can’t swim in when it’s 115 degrees out side!!!"
