"I lived here with my husband for 5 years, we moved in as soon as they opened when they were the Bungalows On Olive. It was just the two of us, no pets no children and we lived very peaceful. When we left we left the place spotless. The people who helped us moved praised us at how we left the place. Not too long after moving out we were charged with a $1200 cleaning fee & were told that the place was damaged. When we asked to see pictures they said that they didn't have any & couldn't take any because new people were living there. When we pushed more they rudely told us to pay or we would get sent to collections.. absolutely TERRIBLE people run/ work this place."

"Owner deleted my review, I will keep posting it every month until money is refunded. I moved back to California while my boyfriend stayed in a different unit. Biggest regret. Bike was stolen straight out of backyard. Got charged a cleaning fee even though apartment was left spotless. Got charged for a broken fridge & blinds that were broken before move in date. Horrible new management that could care less about the tenants. Oh & somebody pooped in the pool lol. SAVE YOURSELF. There’s better apartments down the street."
