"Nice apartments, nice atmosphere, however homeless are roaming through the complex and found sleeping on the laundry bench or in the parking lot. Manager will not do anything about it and tells us to call the sheriff who takes twenty minutes to get there. These homeless have confronted residents who now need to protect themselves so they are carrying handguns. Manager believes homeless will stop coming into complex once this becomes a gated community. That's not right because as soon as a resident opens the gate, the homeless will just walk in plus the surrounding fence even a child could climb over."
