"I bought a home years ago in Vistancia. I never met Benjamin Katz OR his assistant. I dealt ONLY with his assistant on the phone (guess he’s too important to be bothered). I was the buyer and Katz was the listing agent. On closing day, I had an appointment for a final walk through and was told the assistant would meet me. Showed up and no one was present. I reached out to the assistant who simply told me she “had an appointment” and wouldn’t be coming. The island was FULL of keys, fobs, and all sorts of other goodies. I still don’t know what some of them go to. Don’t be fooled by a sign or a common name folks. There’s no “service” to be had here. *Since I am unable to respond, I’ll add this here: First of all, the time I post is of no consequence and none of your business. It is ironic that you are more concerned with yourself and insulting me than with your level of service. In real estate, no matter what “side of the fence” you’re on, you have a duty to all parties involved (real estate 101). I absolutely will not delete this. And spare me - Google isn’t going to mark a legitimate review as Spam and you’re only entertaining yourself. It is 100% accurate. I worked in real estate in different capacities for years. I should not have been told someone was meeting me (by your office directly) and then be left standing for the appointment and when I reached out to your assistant was told no one was coming. Furthermore, as I stated, I was blatantly lied to ON THE PHONE about the seller circumstances, during price negotiations (which coincidentally, should be done in writing, always!) but I am not going into that here. I had proof. I wouldn’t make that comment if it wasn’t true. The point of my post is to review my experience with your company and that’s precisely what I did. I have no further reason to communicate with you."
