Cibola Vista Resort & Spa

"The resort is beautiful and seems to have alot to offer. The room was nice big and clean except for the stained sheets for the pull out bed( they did replace quickly after we called ).The reason for the 2 stars is the noise. They must be renovating the room above and it is so loud. We can hear the people walking around , hammering, dropping things ect. It goes all day even at night ! We finally called the front desk at 4 am after trying to sleep and kept being woken up by the loud walking and pounding our kitchen chandelier kept shaking and rattling when they would walk over it . We came to have a nice relaxing get away and it's been very frustrating not being able to have any quiet time to rest or read without stomping or other loud noises above us"

"I booked into Cibola Vista Resort & Spa for 3 days, it met all of my requirements of a good place to chill in the desert: aircon, a nice pool, hot tub and resort activities. This resort was awesome. It has self catering suites with everything you might need in a kitchen, a living room to relax in and laundry facilities – great for halfway through the roadtrip. At the resort I spent a lot of time at the pool, there was also a cocktail and drinks bar at the resort which was great, their Piña coladas and coffees were a fantastic addition to chilling at the pool. I also tried pickleball for the first time, it’s easy to pick up and lots of fun."

"We upgraded to a master suite which was absolutely gorgeous. Unfortunately, we were not impressed by the service or the location. While everyone was nice enough, we didn't feel like the resort staff/services went out of their way to make us feel like we were on a luxurious vacation...for example the pool restaurant and bar was supposed to close at 7 but when we went to get something to eat and drink at 6:45 they had already closed up shop, cleaned all of the taps, made all of the drink mixes for the next day, and wouldn't serve us anything but canned beer. It was not the kind of treatment I was used to or wanted on vacation. The resort is under construction and is not in a particularly scenic spot, and we paid for a "pool" view room but it looked out at the pool cleaning pump. The room was lovely and the pools were lovely but for the expense I would have liked for more thought to be put into the details."

"This place is amazing! They have a pool for adults only and one for families. The one for families has a giant slide. Two hot tubs, tennis, basketball. All of the staff are friendly and helpful. Beautiful vacation."
