"Occupants in the room next to us were insanely noisy and rambunctious, two women, six kids. One of the women was drunk. We had to complain three times. Receptionist told us she took other calls from other guests and also had to ask them to settle down in the pool and common areas several times. Eventually my aging mother and my two boys and I had to move to another room at 10:30 pm. I asked the night receptionist if we would be reimbursed for all the trouble and she said you can talk to the receptionist and the manager tomorrow. Mind you my aging mother had to sleep on a roll out instead of the queen she paid for. The next day the problems continued. The receptionist told us she could not call the manager and refused to give us anything in writing stating that we had to be relocated even though it was right in front of her in the log. The two nights were already charged to our account. So, no manager or any responsible, service oriented and professional person available, refusal by the receptionist to even give us a note stating we needed to be relocated...and a hotel that excepts interstate domestic cases which may turn out to be who knows what. We are presently pursuing a full refund with the manager if we can get ahold of them. If they take ownership and refund for the trouble I will change the review but as of now it stands a one star."

"Nice rooms, with refrigerator and micro wave. Small TV, breakfast was good many choices, very small elevator and elevator lobby hard to move luggage when full hotel."

"This hotel has seen better days. The paint is peeling/worn off in multiple areas and the carpet is stained badly throughout. The door in our bathroom was filthy - splattered with something brown. Wiped it down myself. The rooms have a microwave, mini fridge, and coffee maker. Breakfast was fairly standard. Highlight of the hotel was one man that worked the lobby in the afternoon. He provided exceptional service. Won't be back here though..."

"Hotel staff was nice. But somehow, I got sick from their breakfast. I know this because I didn't eat dinner the night before, and had diarrhea about an hour after eating eggs and sausage. When speaking with hotel associates, they acted like it was impossible that it came from their food since it's all pre-packaged or what have you. It's like they've never worked in the food industry to know that you can get sick from eating food from a plethora of different reasons other than the food being cooked or not. My assumption is the breakfast employee didn't wash their hands before putting on gloves, or that the utensils for the food were contaminated. Anyway, my 1 star is a because when I approached them with a problem, they essentially dismissed my complaint. I stayed there for 7 days, and will have been in the area for 5 weeks when i leave this coming week, but you better believe I didn't extend my stay at this location."

"Do not waste your money staying at this hotel that is more like a Motel 6. This place needs to be knocked down or entirely renovated. I was in charge of booking rooms for our boys utrip baseball team who often travels to AZ for tournaments. I chose this hotel because it was close to the facility we were playing at, but it was a disaster and a complete embarrassment, being that I was the one who arranged for our team to stay in a horrible environment that was dirty, uncomfortable, and not safe. All of our rooms were dirty and looked nothing like the photos they have advertised. We changed rooms twice, hoping for a cleaner room and they were all outdated and dirty. The pull out couch had a huge urine stain. The carpets were stained, the sheets were dirty. They had hair in them and there was blood stains & mascara on the pillow cases. The picture in the hotel was barely hanging on the wall. The lights weren’t working. The sink and shower were stained. The doors to the rooms were either scratched up, banged up, or missing the room numbers on the outside of the door. The lights hanging down the hallways were broken. The tiny little elevator that fit maybe 3 people had buttons that were broken off & missing. This place was more like an extended stay. There were guests there that actually lives there. One was a transgender (nothing wrong with being transgender) but her door was broken & barely hanging on the hinges. It didn’t close all the way & she was showering where our kids who were walking down the hallway could totally see in. She yelled & growled at my daughters so I reported this to the front desk. The sweet lady working the front desk looked into things & they ended up finding drug paraphernalia in her room so they asked her to to leave. Another group of people staying at the hotel were intoxicated outside and scared our boys out of the pool people they were yelling and arguing. One of the men yelling and screaming tried putting his head through the windshield of his truck. We had to call the police. All of this happened with hours upon our arrival. I couldn’t sleep the first night because I was itching the entire night. I felt like something was biting me so I smacked my arm and noticed a black little bug. That was it for me. I knew we couldn’t stay any longer. We had booked to stay 3 more days & there was no way my family and I were gonna stay any longer. There we were at the last minute trying to find another hotel to book, last minute. Thankfully we found one! The one compliment I will give is to the two sweet women who worked the front desk. They were very apologetic and tried to be as helpful and accommodating as they could be. These were things that were totally out of their control. Unfortunately there was nothing they could’ve done to make things better. It was that bad, and I am not over exaggerating. The entire place needs to be renovated, especially for the price they’re charging per night. The rate was $179 per night, and it should be more like $50 a night, if that! We travel a lot with our sons baseball team to Arizona and this has been by far the worst experience. Save your time and money. Don’t book here!"
