Grandstone at Sunrise Luxury Villas

"My wife and I lived here for about a year and had the worst experience. Our lease was messed up 3 times and took over a month to get corrected even though we moved in already. The office staff never answer their phones nor respond to emails in a timely manner. When you try to go by the office during business hours, there is always a sign up that says they are out. Being friends with previous employees such as maintenance, Ebony and April are constantly out shopping and leave the maintenance employees to hand keys over to new residents. We told Ebony when we were moving out and she said to leave the keys on the counter with the door unlocked, as we did. April then called us 3 days later asking if we had moved out. There is no communication within the office. We left the place in top notch but if something had happened in those 3 days we would have taken the blame when it was their problem because they never communicated with each other and left it unlocked. We were also told our security deposit got sent out on DEC 23 and then later received another email from April stating it got sent on January 18th. This is the most unorganized company I’ve ever lived under. I do not recommend living here if you would like to be taken care of as a resident because they just consider you as another apartment number."
