"Nice 55+ community in Peoria. Manufactured homes of all sizes with nice amenities such as a pool, recreation center, park, outdoor b-b-q's. The staff in the office are very nice and I found them helpful. It is quiet and well kept."
"Sorry, but I have to say this.....they are so strict with who they let reside there and from what I could see it's not an area to write home about. I can tell their HOA is not very strict at all. They don't seem to care if they have hoarders or unkepted trailers. I expected the areas to be cleaner. It's not as nice as they would want you to believe!"
"Its nice and mostly quiet. Needs better street lights for at night time. Can barely see, the small lamps they do have give very very little to no light which can be dangerous to any residents walking or visitors who are driving through the lot"
