Our daughter has now been in the infant room and toddler room as she’s aged, so we’ve gotten to know multiple teachers and directors. We have been consistently impressed and reassured with the care and attention that they’ve given our daughter. There have been specific situations where they have gone above and beyond, and we have no question that they genuinely care about her development and well being. "We have been completely satisfied with our time at Family Care KIDS (more than nine months). The staff is incredibly kind, thoughtful, and professional. Our son's teachers have gone above and beyond to make his experience at school positive. The campus is clean, organized, and always feels safe. We were struck with how personal the care was for our son - his teachers always had high quality feedback about his day at school and gave an extremely comprehensive review of his growth during parent teacher conferences (even though he's only two!). When our son was having a hard time participating in class activities, the school seamlessly accommodated him without even needing any guidance from us. For example, he was avoiding and getting upset when the class was doing "messy" play activities, like working with paint. His teacher continued to encourage him to get messy, but also provided tools like potatoes, paintbrushes, and sponges and the school purchased dry tempera paint sticks so he could participate without getting sticky. They also made a visual schedule for him to help with transitions between activities and did special read aloud time with him and only one other student at a time so he would not feel overwhelmed by the whole class. Now he's willing to get messy and play with more peers, but their support through that transition was so essential. The communication provided each day is amazing, and we really feel supported in every way. We have only positive things to say about our experience, and highly recommend Family Care KIDS to all of our friends and family."
